He has a wonderful staff and medical suite, a great caring personality, and exceptional skills. My discomfort was minimal and short-term; soreness not pain. I was able to move around on my own and care for myself the evening of my procedure. But the best part is my result! I'm estatic! Definately see him for your cosmetic needs. You won't be sorry.

Where do I begin, with the reception, the supporting staff, or the doctor himself since everything exceeded my expectations! The consultation was very informative and the doctor was very professional and courteous. He took the time to listen and explain the procedures in detail and going over all my questions which put my mind at ease. My first procedure was the tummy tuck and fat transfer to the breasts. I am a 46 year old mother of three and with breastfeeding and overtime I started not to feel sexy anymore. Going with Dr.Tijunelis was the best decision I made. What I loved about the outcome of my first procedure , which was the fat transfer to the breast and the tummy tuck,was how natural everything looked after healing. He transferred 150cc to each breast which took me from a B to a D cup ! I was so pleased with the first surgery that I went back the following year to get bbl done to my buttocks. For this surgery Dr.Tijunelis decided to do an incremental fat transfer. Therefore I had one surgery and the next one I had three and a half months later. My hip measurement before any procedures was 36 in. After the first fat transfer to the buttocks my measurement was a 39 and a half and he transferred 175 cc to each side. This surgeon knows they key,PLACEMENT!!!! I've just undergone my second fat transfer to my backside and I will definitely be updating my changes in size. Patience is key and one should not expect to see actual results in size ,for 3 to 4 months. Obviously I am thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend Dr.Tijunelis with no reservation!

Before meeting with Dr. Tijunelis, I did lots of research on breast augmentation along with meet with two other surgeons. I didn't experience a wait time which was refreshing and his staff was wonderful! I booked my surgery that day! The day after surgery I felt minimal pain and didn't have to take pain meds. By the forth day I was doing most things around the house, which helps since I have 2 small children. I couldn't recommend a better surgeon!! Do yourself a favor and check out Dr. Tijunelis!

So overly joyed. I'm so I'm love with my new "twins" they are bueatiful. This was the best thing I've ever done. No regrets. NONE!!! I had my breast reduction done by the Best! I went to Dr. Tijunelis to consult about my "rocks in socks" I was not feeling sexy anymore and needed a boost to my self esteem. He was very genuine and told me what would be the best suited procedure for my body. We both decided to move forward with a breast lift which would lift the girls back to a more normal position after nursing two children years ago. 7 years later I am still amazed by the results I got then and now- If I were asked if I would do the procedure again I would without a hesitation say YES! I have been pleased and love my results! I have been a patient of Dr. Tijunelis since Jan 2012. He is honest, trustworthy and a wonderful plastic surgeon. In late 2012 I learned that I would have to go through a double mastectomy with reconstruction. I was nervous and scared, but Dr. Tijunelis assured me all would be fine. Jan 5, 2012 Dr. Strohmayer a lake county surgeon (whom is also fantastic!) and Dr. Tijunelis performed a double mastectomy with expander's placed. Everything went well, and Dr. Tijunelis had called my husband with some concerns we had. I then, began having weekly fills to stretch my skin out. I had the expander's removed and the implants placed March 8th 2012. I had some minimal pain which is normal. He had put in 350cc which made me a small C. I have always been small. Prior to the surgeries I was barely an A cup. The left side had dropped a bit because I am small boned and skinny. I was 5'6 115 pounds. So Dr. Tijunelis and I discussed having a revision done. I had waited until recently only because with my schedule I didn't have the time nor was it a big concern. I was happy with my results but I wanted to go a little bit bigger and wanted to go with a different implant. March 11th 2015, Dr. Tijunelis performed my surgery, replaced my old implants with a different kind Sientra high profile 565cc plus a lift on the left side. I am so happy!! I am a size D now and look amazing! It has only been a month so I will update soon with pictures and so fourth, but I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Tijunelis. He has done so much for me, and I am grateful to have him as my plastic surgeon. His staff is wonderful too. Beth and Jennifer have answered all my questions, and are friendly, caring and helpful. Updated on 4 Jun 2015: June 11th it will be three months pre op. I look and feel wonderful. I really dont feel comfortable posting nude pics for the entire world to see so I posted bra and bikini pics. I am a 34 D. The implants feel so real and are fantastic! Dr. Tijunelis is a wonderful plastic surgeon!

I have so many glowing things to say about Dr Tijunelis (and staff)! I initially went in for Botox... and got the courage to discuss something that has bothered me all my life. I am 54 years old and have always hated my breasts. They were an embarrassment and I have always worn clothing several sizes larger to hide myself. The hardest part of this entire process was showing Dr. Tijunelis my breasts. They have been my hidden nightmare and I cant explain why, but he made me feel at ease enough to broach the subject and move forward with this process. I mustered the courage to ask Dr. Tijunelis about breast lift/reduction and implants (because I felt my breasts even when reduced would sag when lifted). He explained (and in the most calm, professional manner) that I would benefit from a fat transfer (from by stomach area) and that he was not comfortable using implants on me. I was hesitant. Hadnt heard of fat transfer before. I didn't want to end up with saggy breasts after the lift, and feared without an implant that would be my result. Dr Tijunelis reiterated that the fat transfer was more natural and would yield the fuller look I desired. So I started my research. He even encouraged me to check with other Dr's to see what their recommendations were. Of course, I did. But no one was calm and professional in the manner that he was. On top of that, many other surgeons didn't offer fat transfer. Most did an augmentation in conjuction with the lift. After seeing their before and after photos, (not liking them) I was off to go back to Dr Tijunelis's office to view MANY of his before/after pictures. I made another appointment to go look at MANY pictures of his work (women having the same procedure as me). The office staff let me peruse through hundreds of photos, ask questions, and kept me at ease with their assurances of his skill. So, completely confident in his skill, the surgical appointment was made. Now, I write this review....I am not yet 4 days post op and from the moment I woke up, I knew it was going to be a natural, beautiful result. Dr. Tijunelis did an outstanding job! I am amazed that there is zero bruising from the fat transfer site (stomach area) and my face/breasts are surprising me with how good they look ALREADY. It sounds strange to say that any surgery was a good experience, but truth be told, this was a great experience. From the beginning, Dr. T had a calming affect on me. He is the only Dr. I've ever seen that I trusted completely. His staff is caring, and do their utmost educate you when you have questions. Dr. T has called me back during the evenings (many dr's wont do that) and answered questions I had prior to surgery. He called me the day after surgery to see how I was doing, and its a wonderful thing that he cares enough to check on his patients. Never in my life have I been able to walk around uncovered even in my own house. From day one, I felt the embarrassment fall away. I am pleasantly surprised that I have no drain tubes, no visible stitches, and have zero bruising on my belly. Of course my breasts are a little bruised, but they are exactly as I had hoped they'd be. Yes, they are still swollen, but the shape and contour is amazing. I can see that the work Dr. T did is exactly what I wanted. These are the breasts that match my body! After 54 years I will not be embarrassed anymore, and will not have to hide under XXL clothing with minimizer bras. I'm not the type to wear skimpy clothing but the thought of being able to put a bathing suit or summer shirt on in public has me smiling. I have to thank Dr. Tijunelis for that. Do you ever have those days when you ask yourself "how is it that I feel so young and look so old?" Yes, I asked that to myself all the time. The fat transfer on my face (under my eyes and a little in my lips) is already looking great. Very little swelling, ZERO bruising and although "work was done", no one will know. Its all very natural, my face will still move when I smile, and frown, unlike Botox. My sunken eyes are a thing of the past, and feeling like I belong in my own skin is the most wonderful feeling! I will update this review in a few more weeks as the healing continues, and I can guarantee that my recommendation of Dr. Tijunelis will grow stronger each day. I have been telling people about my surgery because I am elated that the results are already showing. Dr Tijunelis has a gift. Not only his demeanor, but his surgical skills. It makes me happy to know that a recommendation for him, may help someone else be as pleased as I am.

Dr. Tijunelis is truly an amazing surgeon. Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he is also very kind, patient, and understanding. The office staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. I was so happy with the results of my surgery. I appreciated the frequent follow-up evaluations, and I was so grateful that I decided to go to Dr. Tijunelis instead of another plastic surgeon. He is the best! You will not regret your decision.

i am 24, 5.5 and 120 lbs, have one child. Started with full 32A breast size. Got 375cc HP Silicone Unders. There are just 2 weeks post operation but I am very happy with the results, my breasts heal nice. My surgery went great, staff was wonderful and all the best words about Aras Tijunelis.
