Ryan Lombardo received his Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago, IL where he wrote the curriculum for Nutraceutical Science and Chinese Medicine. The DAOM is the highest formal educational credential available in the field of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in the United States. Ryan Lombardo is one of the few nationally board certified Diplomats in Acupuncture as well as being board certified in both Anti-Aging Medicine by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and Integrative Medicine by the American Association of Integrative Medicine. He holds a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Certificate of Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Finally, he is also a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild and an active member of the Society of Acupuncture Research.
Autumn Breen Master Aesthetician
Autumn Breen began her career working as a Medical Assistant in Internal Medicine. Her passion for skincare led her to pursue a career in Esthetics. She studied esthetics at Naperville Skin Institute in 2009 and is a Licensed Esthetician. Autumn extended her knowledge taking advanced courses in product knowledge and treatments. Autumn provides a full array of medical esthetic treatments such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, micro-needling, and laser skincare treatments. She specializes in creating customized skincare regimens to work hand in hand with her treatments. Autumn states “When my patients and I are committed and work together we can make a tremendous difference in the health and beauty of their skin. My patient’s true beauty shines through when they feel confident in their appearance." In her spare time, Autumn enjoys sharing adventures, hiking, and camping with her two boys.
Natalia Koziol Patient Care Coordinator
Natalia’s love for cosmetics began as a child while playing makeup with her sister. In later years, her passion for beauty led her to the salon world, where her main priority was offering exceptional client care. While working at an upscale salon in Chicago, Natalia’s love of the industry and her innate ability to create strong client relationships, quickly solidified her transition from lead coordinator to salon manager. While taking on the responsibility for all aspects of daily operations, she attended London Eyes makeup school where her interest in aesthetics grew. With 7+ years of experience in customer care, Natalia established a great foundation. She moved on to enroll in business school and found a home at FreshSkin Medical Spa & Wellness Center. Natalia is always ready to satisfy patient needs and educate everyone on the variety of services offered. In her downtime, you can find her perfecting her yoga craft, engaging in cinematic adventures, and playing the violin.
Jenna Radivojevic Practice Manager
Jenna has been our business development, marketing and training consultant for 3 years. She has been in the cosmetic medicine and wellness industry for over a decade serving in a multitude of management and consulting roles. Her drive keeps her laser focused on creating a positive and unique experience for patients of the practice and each team member.
