I am now able to wear grey t-shirts and colorful hoodies without the fear of sweat marks

In October I got the MiraDry treatment under my arms. It is now March and genuinely my life has changed. Every outfit I wore was dictated by my sweating. I am now able to wear grey t-shirts and colorful hoodies without the fear of sweat marks. I definitely recommend this procedure for anyone that struggles with sweating.

Very happy with the outcome of my procedure and the entire process

Dr. Casas was amazing! I’m very happy with the outcome of my procedure and the entire process. She answered all my questions without hesitation, met with me several times before surgery, made sure we had the same expectations, and eased my anxiety. I highly recommend.

Tummy tuck without general anesthesia, 3 months post-op loving my results

Dr. Casas and her team were amazing! At every step of the way I felt in excellent hands. As a medical provider myself I had fears regarding the risks with general anesthesia and struggled with undergoing an elective cosmetic surgery and potentially dying and leaving my family behind. Dr. Casas calmed my nerves. Dr. Casas has been doing tummy tucks with liposuction with oral sedation and...

The results are better than I could have imagined

Dr. Casas will make sure that you get the best results. Labiaplasty is no joke so I would only get it if it’s significantly impacting your well-being. But if you want to get it done right, go to Casas. She’ll get you on a proper regimen before hand and give you lots to do after, like vitamins and lymph drainage and meticulous wound care. You can trust her, but you need to be ready to fol...

Q: Arm lift or arm liposuction? Advise please (Photo)
Answered by Dr. CasasMarch 13, 2024

A: Thank you for your great question. Your best option depends on the quality of your arm skin, that is, will your skin tighten after removing the extra fat with any liposuction technique even when using devices that incorporate laser, vaser or radiofrequency energy. The best way to know is for you to have a thorough in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic surgeons who performs arm contouring with BOTH liposuction and open techniques (Brachioplasty) that removes skin that won’t tighten after fat removal. A provider that only offers non invasive fat removal and skin tightening with or without liposuction will not be able to offer you all your options. Good luck!

Q: Can this asymmetry post breast reduction be fixed with just breast implants? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. CasasMarch 6, 2024

A: You raise an excellent question. I would recommend you discuss your options with your surgeon or another Plastic Surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons. You have the option to merely revise the larger breast by removing breast tissue strategically. This would mean your breasts would remain the same size and look as your smaller one. If you choose to move forward with breast augmentation, I would recommend that you make sure you are 100% Sure you want to enlarge your breasts. No matter what size implant you choose your breasts will be enlarged. If you choose that approach your surgeon can remove the extra breast tissue on the larger side and then use the same size implants. And also remember that breast implants have maintenance and that they will typically not last a lifetime. Bottom line is, I recommend you and your surgeon discuss both possibilities. Good luck!

Q: Would I be a good candidate for a Labiaplasty? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. CasasFebruary 20, 2024

A: I recommend you consult a Plastic Surgeon , board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who perform labiaplasty, which is typically done to reduce its size. Your situation is a little different. The two sides of the labia that were torn need to be anesthetized and the edges trimmed so that the two sides can be brought together with sutures. Any PS that does labiaplasty surgery will know what to offer you. I hope this helped

Q: Bottoming out more common with small/narrow implants?
Answered by Dr. CasasFebruary 13, 2024

A: Great question! Risk factors for bottoming out following breast augmentation typically include the following: 1. Thinner lower pole skin from weight loss and aging. 2. Use of heavier (larger implants 3. Use of smooth implants under a very strong thick pectoralis muscle key is that you discuss your concerns with a Plastic Surgeon who is board certified and demonstrates an expertise in Breast Augmentation. Good luck

Q: Would leg liposuction help my body look more proportionate? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. CasasFebruary 13, 2024

A: Great question. Your photos are helpful to show that you seem to have extra leg adipose tissue. I don’t see a photo showing your upper body so I cannot speak to whether your legs are disproportionately larger than your mid section and upper body. It is best for you to have an in depth consultation with a Plastic Surgeon who has experience and results demonstrating their expertise to help you decide whether you are a good candidate. Good luck!
