Judging from your photos, you do appear to have enough breast tissue to have a nice result from a breast lift with auto augmentation, This involves using your own breast tissues and rearranging it to create a pleasant breast.  Unfortunately this cannot be done without scars.  The scars will however fade with time.  Best of luck.

Hi and thank you for your photos and questions.  From your pictures, you do indeed appear to be a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This will address your loose skin, remove the majority of the stretch marks from your tummy and significantly contour your waist line.  Best of luck and stay safe during these times!

Hi and thank you for your photo and question.  A tummy tuck should only enhance and improve your curviness.  You can tell from your photo that you already have a nice waist..it's just hiding a bit under the extra skin.  A tummy tuck will also tighten your abdominal muscles which will also further define your waist. Hi and thank you for your photos and questions.  Yes, you have fairly large breasts and partially because of that (as well as other factors such as genetics) they do have some ptosis, or sagging.  You most definitely do not need implants, that would only worsen your ptosis.  A vertical breast lift plus or minus a small reduction would be indicated.  A small reduction would take some of the heaviness off of your breasts to help decrease recurrent sagging.  Best to meet in person with a ps who can examine you and discuss details further.  Best of luck!

Hi and thank you for your question and photos.  I would say your breasts are on the larger side with slightly large areolas but still completely normal (like you said everyone is different!)  The question really is..what do you want?  Your breasts are full and large but not that droopy.  Your nipples are in pretty good placement with regards to your inframammary folds and breast.  So while you could indeed undergo a breast lift with or without a small reduction at this point, you really have lovely breasts and don't need anything either.  Another thing to consider is if you will have children at any point in the near future because if you are, then it is not a bad idea to wait until you are done having children as pregnancy will definitely change things up!  But it really is best to meet with a plastic surgeon in person who can fully examine you and discuss all the details!  Best of luck.

Hi and thank you for your excellent question.  What determines how "much" you can have done at one time really depends on length of surgery, complexity of surgery, your overall health and the surgeon's abilities.  In general, a tummy tuck, breast lift, and lower eyelid should be perfectly safe to do all together if you are in otherwise good health and your surgeon feels she is able to do so.  Best to meet with a couple surgeons to get their opinions and review your case specifically.  

Hi and thank you for your photos and questions  Unfortunately, from your photos it does not appear that you would benefit from any skin tightening or non invasive device.  You have a fair amount of skin laxity with stretch marks as well as a large diastasis rectus.  The good news, though, is that you should expect a really nice result from a full tummy tuck with tightening of your abdominal muscles.  And while I get your concerns (as a mother myself)...if you are in otherwise good health a tummy tuck is usually a very safe procedure with minimal to no complications.  Best of luck!

A breast lift with autoaugmentation and small reduction on the smaller side to improve your symmetry should help you get close to your desired look.  An in person examination will help further.  Best of luck!

Hi and thank you for your photo and questions.  Yes, you need a tummy tuck.  Liposuction alone will not get rid of the extra loose skin you have and you will not get enough skin tightening from liposuction alone.  Extra skin has to be removed in the form of a tummy tuck.  While I understand your desire for one procedure...I as well, also recommend  separating the BBL and the tummy tuck into 2 procedures.  It is overall safer for you as a patient but also makes the recovery much easier.  Trying to recover from a BBL and a tummy tuck at the same time is very difficult because you cannot lie on your back or sit for 2 weeks and you cannot lie on your stomach.  Best of luck

Hi and thank you for your photo and questions.  While I agree that you appear to have enough breast tissue that you do not need implants, I do not think a circumareolar breast lift is the best option for you.  This type of lift is limited in how much it can actually "lift" the breast.  You will have a much nicer overall long lasting result if you undergo a lollipop or vertical breast lift with autoaugmentation.  This allows a reshaping of your breast mound and repositioning in addition to skin excision.  Best to meet with a couple surgeons in person to discuss further.  Best of luck!
