I'd been thinking about a reduction and lift for ages, and a few months ago, I finally decided to look into it seriously. There are tons of qualified plastic surgeons in Chicago, but honestly, I don't think my experience with Dr. Christopoulos could've been any better. Right from the first phone call, I was so impressed by how professional and genuinely caring she and her staff were. They even suggested I talk to at least two other surgeons before making up my mind, which I did. But no one gave me the same feeling of confidence that I got from Dr. Christopoulos. Her being a double board-certified surgeon definitely made the choice easy, but what really set her apart was how much she wanted to understand why I wanted the surgery and what I hoped to achieve. She was also totally real about the recovery process afterward, which was super helpful since I'm pretty independent and tend to think I can handle everything myself. On the day of the surgery, she met with me beforehand to answer any last-minute questions and walk through the procedure. Then, she personally called me that evening to see how I was doing, even though we had a follow-up the next morning—that was really thoughtful. The results the next day, even with some swelling, were amazing—exactly what I wanted, and she did a beautiful job. The follow-up care from both her and her staff has been top-notch. I absolutely recommend her for any plastic surgery needs. You won't be disappointed, trust me!

Dr. Niki and her team were wonderful to work with for my bilateral breast reduction. The initial consultation was not a sales pitch, but rather an assessment of my realistic expectations, and there was no pressure whatsoever whether I chose to move forward with surgery or not. Dr. Niki's staff is all super sweet and very professional, and take care to put you at ease, which is a gift when you're standing there half naked in front of a stranger. Dr. Niki's bedside manner is wonderful, and I never felt like I was putting her out when I had follow up questions or texted her after surgery on a Sunday night (yes I was able to contact her directly!). Bonus points for a gorgeous office space within walking distance to some great lunch spots before or after all the pre and post-op visits! I'm three months post-op currently and am absolutely thrilled with the results of my breast reduction. I went from a DDD/F to a C and couldn't be happier. I just wish I had done it sooner!

Instead, she brought three different implant sizes into surgery and made the final decision once I was under. We went right in the middle — not too small, not too big — just perfectly balanced for my frame. And WOW did she nail it. Just stunning. Dr. C changed my life and gave me my confidence back. She truly knows what’s best for each individual patient and made me feel so relaxed and excited for my surgery. From the consultation with Mandy, to my following appointment's, to surgery and post, Niki was such an incredible doctor! She answered all my questions, listened to my concerns, reassured me through the process and my results are STELLAR. I wanted natural full looking breasts that beckoned the question did she didn't she? And it looks like I was born with them! (If only lol) But, I have told all my friends (honestly bragging to them) about the work she' done and to go to her and her staff for any work they are hoping to get! Also love a female lead office.
