5 out of 5 stars Mommy Makeover

Doing Great!!!

I am the mother of 2 kids ages 4 and 2. After my daughter was born, I was diagnosed with severe hypothyroid. I already struggled with my weight as a child/young adult...winning the weight battle at 23 when I lost 25 pounds and was 150 pounds. Once my thyroid stopped working, it became IMPOSSIBLE to lose weight. I was 165 when I became pregnant with my son. I went up to 183 and 6 months after I...

5 out of 5 stars Breast Lift with Implants

Breast Lift with Implants, Removal of Axillary / Accessory Breast Tissue (Arm Boobs), Flank Lipo - Chicago, IL

Dr. Kim is a genius and I couldn't be happier with my results. It took me 20-years to have the nerve to get a lift (with implants) and have axillary breast tissue removed. He is an expert in his field and I was lucky to be in such good hands. It also helps that he genuinely kind and warm. I specifically chose Dr. Kim because of his experience in breast reconstruction. I wanted a medical professional, not a marketing professional and he was the best choice. I had so many questions and he always responded quickly via email and even got me in for a second consult when I wanted his opinion prior to surgery. I love my results and I would be happy to share my experience with anyone looking to have a similar procedure.

5 out of 5 stars Breast Reconstruction

Excellent Experience with Breast Reconstruction - Chicago, IL

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Kim and his staff. I came to Dr. Kim after I was advised to have a mastectomy after two lumpectomies failed to clear all the cancerous areas in my breast. I was scared and overwhelmed and wondered how I would ever feel normal and whole again. After my first meeting with Dr. Kim I was completely reassured. He was kind, explained things well, and even encouraged me to email him if I had questions or concerns. At the time of my first consultation, it was unknown if I would have radiation. Dr. Kim was very knowledgable about how radiation may affect the process of reconstruction. I came away feeling that there were several good options for my reconstruction whether or not I needed radiation. I felt confident that Dr. Kim could take me through this process successfully regardless of whether or not I needed radiation. That was a tremendous weight off my shoulders and allowed me to focus on completing my cancer treatment. I did end up having radiation, and my reconstruction results are beautiful. I am very grateful to have had Dr. Kim as my surgeon!

5 out of 5 stars Breast Reconstruction

Excellent Doctor with Exceptional Staff - Chicago, IL

Dr Kim and his staff are some of the best around. I had a double mastectomy with breast reconstruction - not only is this procedure emotional but physically daunting. Dr Kim was incredibly patient with answering all of my questions and providing realistic expectations for the surgeries, recovery and outcome. Dr Kim and all of the nurses were always so attentive, and I could not be happier with the results.

5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation

Best Breast Augmentation, Implant Exchange, and Mastopexy Ever - Chicago, IL

I have to say that Dr. Kim is probably the only plastic surgeon I have ever felt comfortable with. I had a breast augmentation and a lift in 2004 with another surgeon and it was a terrible operation leaving me with ugly scars and even uglier self-esteem. I’ve been wanting to correct this, among other problems, for a very long time, it was interfering with my life. I did my research and...

5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation

Great Results! - Chicago, IL

When considering breast augmentation three physicians recommended Dr. Kim. Throughout the process I felt very comfortable with him as he listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. His suggestion to include a mini-tummy tuck met my goal to enhance my figure. I trusted his artistic eye and experience to make appropriate decisions for my surgery and have been extremely happy with the results. My new breasts look and feel very natural and are the perfect size for my physique. The tummy tuck flattened my tummy, defined my waist and removed excess skin left after three c-sections. Dr. Kim and his staff are kind professionals who are accessible and informative. I am very pleased with my results and highly recommend Dr. Kim.
