5 out of 5 stars Breast Implants
I've now had my breasts for 1 full year and I can say with certainty that my breast augmentation was 100% worth it. I'm thrilled with the outcome. I was 32 at the time of the surgery, had nursed both my kids and was done having babies. Before my kids I was about a small B- full A cup. When I was nursing I went to a full C and loved the way it looked. Sadly, when the breastfeeding boobs went,...
5 out of 5 stars Voluma
I am mid-forties and went to Dr Cook for Botox and Voluma. He has a wonderful bedside manner and sincerely cares. He was very patient and was a pure artist. I looked great! Very, very pleased. I have lived in various geographical locations and seen a few physicians for filler in the past. I do believe the past physicians I have seen were skilled but hands down Dr Cook is the best!
46 with Too Many Wrinkles Around Mouth and Neck Has Suddenly Fallen - Probably from Running - Wilmette, IL
I just paid my down payment for my lower face lift and fat transfer. I'm going to Dr. John Cook in Wilmette, IL. I'm beyond excited. I'm scared about the recovery. I'm only telling my best friend that is going to take care of me for the first few days. Any advice on recovery or preparing for the surgery. I'll post pics as soon as i figure out how to do it. :) I had my neck...
5 out of 5 stars Facelift
When I had my new passport photo taken, I knew it was time to consider my options. I consulted with six surgeons, and chose Dr. John Q. Cook based on his portfolio, location, and bedside manner. His staff was wonderful, and the whole process was seamless from surgery to after care. I had a full facelift, neck lift, fat transfer, and my lower lids done. I still look like me—only better. I...
5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation
I have always been a small breasted woman (34 A-AA) but I'm also tall and felt that I looked disproportionate because of my breasts. I couldn't wear the shirts, dresses, and swimsuits that I wanted and just didn't feel as sexy as I felt my personality supported. I waited until now because I didn't have the time in my busy schedule and because I thought it would be so much more expensive. I...
5 out of 5 stars Cellulaze
I struggled with trying to control cellulite since the age of 18 and hated wearing shorts or walking around in a bikini. No amount of dieting and exercise can control the appearance of cellulite and only a permanent solution is worth the cost. I researched Cellulaze and found it to be the most effective treatment for cellulite to date. Dr. Cook is the most experienced physician, especially in...
5 out of 5 stars Breast Reconstruction
I was referred to Dr. Cook by my Breast Cancer Surgeon at Rush Medical Center. I previously had a right mastectomy and was scheduled to have a left mastectomy. I needed reconstructive surgery. My experience with Dr. Cook has been wonderful from beginning to the end. He assured me that he would be able to align both breasts and achieve a symmetrical result without using skin grafts, and...
5 out of 5 stars Breast Implants
My procedure went very well. The staff and doctor were great with my questions and comfort level. The surgery center Chicago was great. They made me feel comfortable and relax prior to surgery. They explained what was going to happen. Dr Cook did a great job on my breast implant surgery. I had my surgery done December 2008, and they look great. Dr Cook made sure the implants would fit my body...
5 out of 5 stars Juvederm
I met with Dr Cook's nurse Denise in the Winnetka location for lip injections. As a first timer, I was nervous & worried about the procedure & results. She spent a lot of time talking with me to answer questions & ease my anxieties. I had the injections & they're perfect! Will be coming back for more procedures!
5 out of 5 stars Breast Implants
As a in shape women, clothing never fit correctly with my size A breasts. I got tired of looking unbalanced and spending tons of money on altering clothing to fit. Consulting with Dr. Cook we discussed balancing my breasts to go with the rest of my body. He was extremely helpful when trying to decide how big to go and 5 years later I am still extremely pleased with the results. In...
