5 out of 5 stars Breast Implants
I had met with 2 doctors prior to Dr. Cook. The first doctor I nixed right away, but the second seemed like a great option. But then with I met with Dr. Cook I booked the procedure on the spot. He asked questions about my lifestyle, eating and weight gain habits, and told me he's known for his natural look with breasts (which was perfect because I said my goal wasn't bigger breasts, but to have beautiful breasts again. He didn't disappoint! I went from a 34B to a 34D, perfect for my 5'8" frame (my breasts look more like full Cs which was the goal, but I wear a D bra). He said if I went too big it would make be look heavier and I agreed. Surgery aftercare has been so amazing as well. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for natural work done!
5 out of 5 stars Voluma
I am mid-forties and went to Dr Cook for Botox and Voluma. He has a wonderful bedside manner and sincerely cares. He was very patient and was a pure artist. I looked great! Very, very pleased. I have lived in various geographical locations and seen a few physicians for filler in the past. I do believe the past physicians I have seen were skilled but hands down Dr Cook is the best!
46 with Too Many Wrinkles Around Mouth and Neck Has Suddenly Fallen - Probably from Running - Wilmette, IL
I just paid my down payment for my lower face lift and fat transfer. I'm going to Dr. John Cook in Wilmette, IL. I'm beyond excited. I'm scared about the recovery. I'm only telling my best friend that is going to take care of me for the first few days. Any advice on recovery or preparing for the surgery. I'll post pics as soon as i figure out how to do it. :) I had my neck...
5 out of 5 stars Facelift
When I had my new passport photo taken, I knew it was time to consider my options. I consulted with six surgeons, and chose Dr. John Q. Cook based on his portfolio, location, and bedside manner. His staff was wonderful, and the whole process was seamless from surgery to after care. I had a full facelift, neck lift, fat transfer, and my lower lids done. I still look like me—only better. I...
5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation
Dr. Cook may come off as a bit awkward at first, but he is an excellent listener and very attentive to his patients. He focuses on creating a natural outcome which is exactly what I wanted. He is open to discussion about surgical approaches and is flexible on implant sizes, always with the goal of a natural outcome.
5 out of 5 stars Cellulaze
I had been struggling with cellulite on the back of my thighs since adolescence and felt incredibly self-conscious. I have spent my life since then exercising and dieting to control the problem but neither of those efforts worked. I researched Cellulaze and found that Dr. Cook was the most experienced with the procedure in the Chicago area. He helped me set realistic expectations. I could not be more thrilled with the results and I am so excited to wear shorts all summer for the first time since my childhood. I look in the mirror every day because the results make me so happy!
5 out of 5 stars Breast Reconstruction
I would highly recommend Dr. Cook to everyone, including my wonderful daughters and my dearest friends. I truly believe that Dr. Cook is an artist at heart and a man who accepts nothing less than perfection. I was never interested in larger breasts. I only wanted normal breasts. I now see a "normal woman" when I look in the mirror, and I have a big smile on my face, thanks to Dr. Cook!
5 out of 5 stars Breast Implants
Dr Cook did a great job on my breast implant surgery. I had my surgery done December 2008, and they look great. Dr Cook made sure the implants would fit my body and look very natural. My implants look so natural that a lot of people do not realize I have implants. I have been told that they thought I had really good genes. However, I have Dr Cook to thank for my implants. Dr Cook wants what is best for the patient, so they have long lasting results. I am a mom, and breast fed my two kids. Dr Cook fix my saggy, small breast. I am so happy with my results. I still receive great compliments about my breast. Dr Cook and his staff are very professional and helpful. The staff make sure whatever questions you have they will answer and help you!
5 out of 5 stars Juvederm
From the second I made the appointment & all through the procedure & check out & aftercare I was made to feel like their most important patient. The cost is very reasonable & Denise and the rest of the staff is so wonderful. Am telling all my friends to run to Dr Cook's practice for any aesthetic procedures.

Having surgery is never easy, but Dr. Cook and his staff made me feel safe, comfortable and like part of their family. They were professional, caring and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had before and after surgery. Not only is his staff wonderful, but Dr. Cook's results are amazing!! His attention to detail and artistry is impressive. I was amazed with his ability to not only enhance, but also sculpt my breasts to greatly improve my overall look. The results were beautiful and I have never been happier! I have recommended him and his staff to all of my friends. I am so pleased with the results of my breast implants I will be going back to Dr. Cook for any additional work I have done. PS - My husband who didn't want me to change, is also extremely pleased with the results!!
