I have been a patient of Dr. Fiss for over 15 years. He is an exceptional dentist and consummate professional. The entire team always makes me feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of with all of my dental needs. They have all really become a part of my family and Chicago community. I highly recommend Dr. Fiss.

I was faced with the veneer option when I realized a previously broken/bonded front tooth needed additional structural repair. Also, I wanted my smile to look more appealing from a cosmetic perspective, but natural. I was very nervous about the entire process of this - just all of it. How many veneers would I need? How much would it cost? How long does it take? Would it look too fake? I remember the moment that Dr Fiss called me to personally discuss my case. He had received my xrays and photos via email. He offered his opinions and said warmly, "I would love to help you correct your smile." I had already had several friends recommend Dr Fiss as the best in town, but it was during that phone call that I knew I had chosen the right person for me to work with. The ENTIRE staff at the office is professional, knowledgeable and organized. Emails remind you of appointments and policies, and communication is prompt. I am very happy with my smile now (and haven't been in a long, long time), and genuinely believe everyone in the office played a part in helping me achieve it. Thank you!

Dr Fiss’ practice is the most competent and professionally managed service that I have ever used. Even in the most complex situations after long years of earlier neglect by previous providers, he clearly states the objectives based on performing comprehensive diagnostics. After carefully analyzing the treatment alternatives jointly with similarly qualified external specialists and the customer, he compiles a rock-solid plan upfront. The execution is flawless and painless, with the highest quality and no room for errors. He is using the latest technologies and the best external dental specialist services where needed. Customer focus and satisfaction are the highest priorities. Everyone in the staff is genuinely friendly. His top rating at the national level is absolutely deserved.

Words can hardly describe how happy I am with my experience at this practice and Dr. Fiss! I recently had an awful experience with a dentist in NC (front tooth root canal gone wrong) and needed to get my two front teeth worked on. I was incredibly nervous about getting veneers and truthfully terrified about the whole process. Not only did Dr. Fiss, Jodi, and his entire staff go above and BEYOND to make me feel safe, comfortable, and informed as a patient throughout the process--but they were also able to constantly work with me on scheduling issues due to the fact that I travel a ton for work. My boyfriend, friends, and family can't get over how great it all came out and I'm already getting compliments from strangers! The end result looks gorgeous and natural. I couldn't be more grateful. I have not been to the dentist in years. I was in pain and Dr. Fiss was the only dentist willing to see me on a short notice. The staff and Dr. Fiss were welcoming and thorough. I am thrilled to have found a dentist that is caring and patient. The staff made my anxiety bearable. My initial visit was for an emergency and I have found my primary dentist provider.

Dr. Fiss is the best in his field. I’ve had, filings, veneers, crowns and great checkups over the past 25 years. I would recommend Dr. Fiss to anyone who wants an amazing smile. Dr. Fiss changed my life for the better. I wanted to give my unbiased opinion based on my experience being treated by him but I have to admit that after being a patient of his for a year now, and gaining such a great smile, my opinion is biased! He is the best cosmetic dentist hands down! I started my journey with Dr Fiss a year ago. I hated my smile. I never liked going to dentists in the past. I've had various treatments from other dentists, including invisalign, but I was never happy with or able to achieve the outcome I wanted. I met with Dr Fiss and he was completely upfront and honest with me as to what needed to happen to achieve the best outcome in delivering a great smile. (I actually left his office armed with a thorough education for a treatment plan that he had given me on the spot. I even used that knowledge to shop around and consult with other cosmetic dentists.) The decision was easy...I concluded that his plan was the most honest, best planned, most cost competitive and most thorough out of any other cosmetic dentist that I visited. My case was not simple. Together we went through a plan that included some extractions, implants, crowns and veneers. My professional life never missed a beat through the work being done. I learned to be confident in Dr Fiss that while things were in various stages of reconstruction that I always left the office with a great smile. Dr Fiss is as much an artist as he is a dentist as many of his temporaries are fabricated by his own hands and I couldn't have been happier. The office and the staff are exceptional. They make you feel like family. This is the environment that Dr Fiss creates and his team is always engaged. This is a direct reflection of his character and the genuine love this man has for his craft. The final product I was delivered was nothing less than amazing. I'd say the best investment I ever made was in my smile but I actually think the best investment I ever made was in Dr Fiss.

My experience with Dr. Fiss has been the best I’ve ever had. He is a perfectionist, and made sure that I was pleased with his work. My veneers look great, and I am complimented on them all the time. He is the best! If you see him, you won’t be disappointed, I promise!

Dr. Fiss and his staff are exceptional. He has great knowledge, care and truly is a perfectionist. I had an implant and veneers done and Dr. Fiss could not be more attentive by always following up and also constantly communicating with implant dentist to ensure I was having the best care.
