I always wanted to have bigger breast and I had been thinking about it for about two years since I saw they didn't grow anymore. I finally decided and did them this week . They have been somewhat painful and definitely haven't got any much sleep. I decided to get saline implants for safety reasons. Updated on 15 Feb 2014: I have been looking at my boobs every time I pass thru a Mirror, to be honest sometimes they look a little small to me but then other times they seem huge, i don't know maybe is the changes that been going with the implants. It hasn't been even a week and I think they are looking really good and I can definitely move around easier. I think Dr. Pelletiere did a really good job on the surgery. Updated on 18 Feb 2014: It's been 8 days since my surgery and we'll they are looking really nice I haven't experienced much pain lately I can do almost everything by myself now. The only problem is that sometimes I look at them and think they look way too small most people tell me it's just me and that if I had gone bigger they would of looked fake I like how they look in pictures and sometimes I think it's probably the changes they go through because I look at them every day and sincerely they look different each day in different ways. I have read and also was told by my doctor that after they settle in a couple months they would look bigger (I really hope that happens) . I'm kind of self conscious about not asking my doctor how much ccs he was going to insert I think I did my best in showing him pictures of the breast I wanted and well another thing is that I didn't have much tissue as he said. We'll I hope they settle nicely and I achieve my desired outcome. Good luck to anyone getting surgery soon!! Single reconstruction. Was in the hospital for 3-1/2 days. The pain medication Oxycodone really did not do anything for pain and made me feel tired and cranky, I stopped taking it and took Aleve instead. That worked great! The worst part was the drainage tube for the abdomen. Otherwise I feel great and look forward to a lift procedure for the other breast because it is sagging too much. At age 60 I did opt out for nipple replacement.

This is my third time-go every 6 months now although it is still there-lasted a good year the first time..I use it for cheeks, under eye trough and folds at side of mouth-my doc is a genious-doesn't use very much and discounts price but knows just where to place. This time I bruised under the eyes-the first time, probably because i used advil the day before but it is minor and will be gone in a day or two. the results are fantastic-doesn't last as long under the eyes but still LOVE this stuff...I took a Vicodin the last time and felt NOTHING..this time just tylenol and a minor tranq and almost painless-he said there is an anasthetic mixed in. I would recommend this to anyone..he used XL..tried Radiesse in past but had allergic and bad reaction...restylane was ok but this is so much better..am in mid 50's..look 45..great product..

Hi y’all! I’ve been itching to post my situation on here. Desperate for help and answers! First of all I really like my doctor (he’s old school but very cool) and staff are soo nice!!! A++++ on that….. Ok I got my first augmentation back in April 2017. Doc recommended me 350cc Mentor round Moderate Plus Silicone! I’m 5’4 weighing in at 103 at the time. Loved them however as the years went on one side started drooping and I just wasn’t happy anymore. Now for paying good money for them you would think they would last a lot longer then 4 years …. right?! I spoke to my doc and he suggested going a lil bigger and reposition my right side. June 10th 2021 I went under the knife again by the same doc and I ended up getting g 430cc Mentor High Profile Xtra, he did have to do a lil internal lifting on my right breast. Still at 5’4 now at 110lbs. Notice the pic from June 11th (1 day after my 2nd surgery) do they even look right for just having surgery? I know everybody’s body is completely different and sizing looks different on each…… It’s been over a month now and my breast completely dropped so quickly (recovery was very easy second time) however right side is “drooping” again and the 430cc HP does not look any different then the 350cc. I feel it’s a constant battle trying to feel confident and beautiful…. Maybe it’s my doc or maybe it’s my breast… I did however breastfeed my 2 kiddos for over 2 years each but that forever ago.. Maybe I need a lift? Go lil bigger? Not quite sure…. I attached 4 pics! Notice the dates!!
