2.5 months since breast implant replacement & uneven?

I had an implant replacement done end of May, I am worried that they are uneven. The first is the week after implants the second is a month after and the one in pink is from about 2 weeks ago. I am just curious if they look uneven or if I am crazy and need to wait? I see doc at the end of Aug. but just curious would t fix them if I get a lift? Just very unsure...
