A natural hairline is not straight, but does follow a general contour. Laser hair removal can be performed to make the hairline more straight, but a straight hairline is not natural. Waxing will remove hair for a few weeks, and the hairline will be extremely straight and most people would consider that it looks unnatural.Communicate your concerns to your doctor and you will get the results you desire.
You actually are quite beautiful and have nice bone structure overall. Side view pictures would be best at helping determine if you need a chin or jaw implants. I feel that it is doubtful that you need much help. However, if you are really concerned...You might try a temporary measure such as injections with a filler (Radiesse) to help with your facial structure before considering surgery. In addition, you might consider liposuction of the neck under the chin. Good luck!
Your pictures do not show your facial features fully and I can not comment specifically about your facial wrinkles. But in general, a standard facelift will help the wrinkles of the mid and lower face, with the exception of the wrinkles of the lips. Forehead lifts and blepharoplasty can help with the forehead and eyelid wrinkles. Prevention of wrinkles on the face includes sunscreen use and avoidance of tobacco products. I am sorry that the injections you had seemed worsen your facial appearance. All procedures have risks, and I recommend you ask your surgeon before any future procedures.
Sleeping on the sides generally does not cause horizontal lines, but does often cause vertical lines on the cheeks. The horizontal depressions I see in your photos suggest that you are in the early stages of developing ptosis of the cheek fat pads. These lines are most easily corrected by dermal fillers, which are injected into the skin of the cheeks and last 6 or more months. Other options would include fat grafting. When you get closer to your mother's age, you could consider a mid-face lift. Consult your local surgeon for options as well because photos cannot express your concerns as well as a face-to-face consultation.
Healing after a fractional laser treatment is 99% complete at 6 months, so you could expect only slight improvement in the future. If the holes in your skin were caused by the laser, I would consider an alternate method of treatment. I would encourage you to discuss this problem with your surgeon prior to any further treatments. Other options for treating acne scars include Dermapen, dermabrasion, (punch biopsy) surgery, and temporary improvement with dermal fillers.
