He’s whole team has been amazing! It was a very easy process with the insurance they did everything for me. From consultation to procedure day it took about 3 months! The preop diet was just 1 week of low carb foods which is good considering a lot of programs make you do a 2 week liquid diet. The surgery scar looks like freckles and hardly noticeable! He’s been wonderful in the aftercare as well! I’ve lost 75lbs in 7 months so far. I’m so glad I found him!

I trusted my gut instinct and made an appointment. Upon meeting Dr. Fowler, I knew he was the one who was going to repair my hernia. He described the various methods in repairing hernias, the amount of post surgery expectations, and the probable minimal scarring. Everything sounded comforting so I requested he move forward and lo and behold a week later, I was at Castle Medical. The finest nurses and people at Castle made me feel very special and well cared for. Another week later, I had my follow up meeting at Aloha Surgery in town, and with no waiting past my scheduled appointment, saw Dr. Fowler for the last time.

Also it takes lots of determination, he also tells us if u don't want to change and change your life style then it's not for u! My husband was a great example. Glad I got SmartLipo of the inner thighs. It helped me achieve the thigh gap I wanted, and to adjust the proportions of my body.
