Prior to my breast augmentation journey I was a small 38B barely filling out the bra. I explained to my doctor I wanted to be a full D possible DD. Being that my chest wall was wide at 13.0 he recommended moderate plus profile 450 cc. I thought long and hard because I wanted big breast so I requested 500 cc. I am on week two and I am somewhat disappointed in my results. I want to be bigger and I look like I only went up one cup size. This is very disappointing for one because of the money I spent and secondly I want it to be two cup sizes bigger. My first question is what’s my chances of them getting bigger after they drop and fluff? Do I look like a C cup or D. Do they look too small for my body? And should I go bigger and if so what cc to get me to the look I’m looking for. I must say moderate + looks more natural but it makes me look somewhat flat at the top. Should I have went with hp profile even thou my chest is wide. Please advise Updated on 26 Nov 2021: I must say they’re definitely changing. Definitely dropped more since last post. Some days they look small and some days they look big mainly when I go a day without staring them down. Do they look small to you? Experiencing some back pain. Is anyone else having same problem?

I recently had Neograft performed a month ago and it was the best cosmetic procedure decision I’ve ever made! The staff was absolutely phenomenal and provided world class service! It took me a year to research the procedure and finalize my decision to move forward. From the start of my research up until the day of the procedure, the staff answered every question and concern that I had. I highly highly highly recommend getting a hair transplant here if your hair is something that is bothering you. I’m usually a very confident guy but my hair is the one thing that bothered me. I’ve had two transplant surgeries and it has boosted my confidence levels tremendously. And when you’re more confident, all parts of your life get better.

Honestly I wouldn't have chosen another doctor for the procedure I had done. I'm in the medical field for work and have many clients who I was considering, and had never met Dr. Jeffords but read about him in the Delta Sky magazine. I spoke with and researched three different highly recommended doctors. The other two doctors were great and recommended by other personal doctor friends, but I wanted to meet with a doctor that had no ties, just to see all my options before I chose my doctor. I had a small 500 graft case in Atlanta over the Summer. The experience went well. I actually fell asleep for 90% of the harvesting. I flew home the next day and followed post op instructions. I thought the donor site healed well...and quickly! See pics attached. I am now 90 days out and just anxious to see how the follicles grow in the frontal area. Stay tuned for more, but from what I experienced to date it was pretty easy!

Penis shrinking from age and fat build up on pelvic area. Jeffords not only got me to my goal length and girth but exceeded it!!! These procedures were over the course of 1.5 years. Loose weight, get pelvic area Lipo'ed and add filler where needed. Actual gains - 1.5 inched length and 1.25 girth... I attempted to post a review earlier - which didn't post --- so I will try again. I am now 53 years old, and had been cursed with a high forehead. During my teen years I could always hide it with long hair (unless the wind blew the wrong way).
