For the last thirty years I have closely studied and improved my techniques to create very natural, long lasting improvements in our patients. Although I can create the artificial “Bay Watch” look, my patient population tends to be mature, post-partum, or individuals that want an augmentation but not overdone look. Many women have changes to their abdomen with childbirth and with weight changes. I evaluate everyone’s abdomen individually to determine if they have extra fat, extra skin and possibly abdominal wall weakness. I try to treat only the problem areas that one has. If you have loose skin and abdominal wall weakness, you may be a suitable candidate for a tummy tuck. Facial Aesthetic Surgery is very scary to the prospective patient and their significant other. The biggest concern is that they will look “overdone” or unnatural. I have always believed that patients would prefer to look 10 to 12 years younger and look like they have never had anything done – NATURAL appearance, than look 15 years younger and look like they walked out of a wind tunnel - WIND BLOWN look. We often perform multiple procedures on the face at the same time to get a harmonious and complete rejuvenation – including Endoscopic Browlifts, Upper and Lower Eyelid surgery, Rhinoplasty, Fat Grafting to the Face, and perioral Dermabrasion to improve the perioral wrinkles.
