The whole process couldn't have been easier. Dr Finger and his staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Their office has an easy-going vibe that really takes the stress out of the situation. Dr Finger is a Southern doc and a straight shooter, which I appreciate. The surgery itself was WAY easier than I expected, and their staff in Bluffton were awesome. I expected to be freaking out day-of, but...

I have Philadelphia-New York to choose from, but I chose Dr. Finger based on research and his unique liposuction technique (and 5 star...
Dr Finger and his staff are amazing!! They know you by name even after your first appointment! They instantly become family! I had a rhinoplasty done July 2019 and choosing Dr Finger was a no brainer. Dr Finger knew exactly what needed to be done to my nose but wanted to make sure he did what I wanted. He never said no to any of my requests and explained proportions of the nose in a way anyone...

A: Your arm lift procedure does look a little better near your at the upper part, but certainly not adequate. I have no idea what kind of arm lift was done to you, but my approach would be to perform a liposuction with Renuvion. The Renuvion may need to be circumferential. It is an internal radio-frequency probe that heats to 85 C. degrees, shrinking skin. The liposuction, of course, removes excess fat, and and the Renuvion tightens the remaining skin. This should work for you. If you still want more tightening after 6-9 months, a brachioplasty may be needed. The latter will disrupt your tattoo and leave a scar in the inner part of your arm. There should be no suture marks if done properly, just a straight line from the elbow to the armpit, and it will get the most tightening of any procedure. Most people want to avoid the scar, however. The lipo/Renuvion option should work.
A: This "slope" is called ectropion. t There are no non-surgical options. This is usually from some sort of surgery or an injury. The best result would be a surgery called a canthopexy, which is reattaching the tendon created where the upper and lower eyelids come together and attach to the bone. This must be performed by someone who specializes in such eyelid surgery, like a plastic surgeon or ophthalmic plastic surgeon. After examination, it may be determined that you need a small skin graft from the upper eyelid to the deficient skin in your lower eyelid. This should be taken care of soon because eventually you will probably get chronic dry eyes and even could get corneal damage due to the dryness. Good luck. Don't seek short-term solutions to this problem.
A: Unfortunately, this is not uncommon. The solution really requires an examination to see if the surrounding area needs liposuction to make it a more level area or whether you need a filler for the depression, or even a combination of the two. For filling, you need a more permanent filler. Fat grafting is more permanent but does require at least minor surgery to procure the fat and then the injection, but it should be successful. A new product called Renuva is an excellent choice in my opinion because it will last at least 5 years in their studies, and it is estimated that it may last 10 years. Renuva injections stimulate your body to product your natural fat in that area. We have not had any disappointed patients who have had these injections. I have used it in the face, buttocks, and other depressions with success.
A: All three procedures can be done simultaneously providing the rhinoplasty is a closed procedure. Of course, the recovery time will be lengthened meaning swelling and bruising. If this is a complicated rhinoplasty requiring cartilage grafts, it may be best to separate the procedures. An examination must be done by a qualified plastic surgeon for the final opinion on this.
A: Your photos are of the front of the legs and not the back. You must show the problem area for a reasonable answer.
