Still loving them! You get used to them SO fast, I ask my husband all the time "does it look like I got a boob job" because I can't tell anymore haha! But looking at these photos I see the difference! They are awesome, no complaints. Still feeling slight zinging pain from nerve healing and still having to take it easy-ISH at the gym. Finally got the confidence to run after my 3 month appointment! Wouldn't change anything! Easy to hide and easy to bring out!! Or maybe I think they are "hidden" because I am so use to them now! Photos are non padded bra - same bra under shirt.

Doctor Williams did my breast augmentation 6 months ago and im so happy with the results i have recommended my friend and she did as well her breast augmentation and shes also happy. My recuperation was fast and scars are tinny love the change everything now looks good on me thank you guys for your support. Also the staff is super nice and helpful

Dr Williams is a terrific surgeon. He also took his time answering all my questions at consultation and making sure I felt comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, also taking their time to answer all questions. All go above and beyond to make the experience great.

Hello!! I have chosen Dr. Joel Williams in Dalton, GA to perform my BA. He offers the dual chamber, soft silicone like saline Ideal implants and the rapid recovery surgery. People come from all over the country to see him so I'm super excited!! My surgery date is 2/24/22!! I am extremely petite so at this time I've decided to do 300cc. At my final consult 2/8 I will decide if I want to go more or less. Here are some of my wish pics! I tried to find "befores" that look very similar to my body frame now. I love the shape of my breasts; they’re a nice bell/teardrop shape I want, with bottom fullness. I was nervous to post this but I feel it will make my looking back on the surgery more accurate. People call me “cute” but I’d love to look sexy or grown. I’d love to fill out a bathing suit or nice blouses. These pics were taken 9/25/21; surgery is 5 months away! I had lost 200lbs. With gastric bypass in 2009. My stomach was my new worst nightmare. Dr. William's, his staff, were beyond amazing!! They listen, they care, so much concern!! My stomach..is gone, and amazing!! BEAUTIFUL WORK!! HERE I COME FOR THIGHS!!!

Since I was 16 I dreamed of developing breasts. I realized by 18 it just wasn't going to happen. I considered getting them done in my early twenties, but decided to wait until I had all the children I wanted. After having my last child in October my breasts seemed even smaller, if that was even possible, than they had before. I decided I was ready to get them done. I did a lot of research, for years on the procedure and I researched doctors for a couple months. I went to different consults and fell in love with one doctor and his staff. They have been amazing since day one. I never felt rushed, always listened to, and I really felt the understood what I wanted. I started out a 34 AA. I am a week postop today. I am not sure what size I will be, but I love them already. I just wanted to feel like a woman and finally I do! Thanks to my amazing Doctor!! We ended up doing 600 cc in my left breast and 500 cc in my right due to my rib cage deformity(my right projects further than my left). We did moderate plus mentor smooth round saline implants under the muscle with the incision in the crease of my breast. I'm in some pain still but it's manageable. Also, my doctor called me the night of my surgery to check on me. I thought that was awesome. I know I still have a few months to go for them to really get settled In but so far I am very happy with my results. Updated on 13 May 2016: I am sorry I forgot to add pics and give my stats. I am 5'3, 130 lbs. I go today for my one week follow up. Hopefully I get a strap they are still sitting high but do look better than day 2! Updated on 26 May 2016: I can't believe it's been 3 weeks. I am still sore. Especially around my incision area. I feel a pulling and burning like sensation, but I do have a 20 lb 6 month old I have to lug around so I think that aggravates it. The swelling is gone and they are feeling more jiggly. I can't tell a difference in the size until I take a picture. Hoping that it's not that noticeable and it's just me being overly critical of myself. I love having boobs now though so I'm not complaining too much. Anything is better than the nothing that I had!! I am looking forward to seeing what size I will be. I am going to go swimsuit shopping this weekend. I know I shouldn't get sized until 4-6 weeks PO but I at least am getting some cute bralettes and upgrading from this ugly sports bra!! Updated on 16 Jun 2016: Finally made it to 6 weeks!! The pain is gone but I do have some numbness around the incision site and nipple area. They are getting really soft and jiggly(if that's a word haha). Mt doctor said the swelling was gone and I can wear under wire bras now. I got sized and I am 32 DDD at Victoria's Secret!! I was in complete shock! Especially when I tried it on and it fit perfectly!! Big change from my barely a AA cup!!!! I couldn't be happier with them! My husband says I'm obsessed lol. I am so thankful my doctor did such a good job!! It was so worth it!!

I did a lot of research and talked to a lot of people to find the perfect Doctor. Dr Williams is amazing at what he does. I got a breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction on multiple areas. His staff took excellent care of me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely go back and have already recommended to multiple people.

I would very much recommend Dr. Williams. I had visited a couple other doctors to discuss an abdominoplasty and lipo on the flanks after a lifetime of being obese and then losing the weight. IT never really felt like any of them cared for me past the point of getting my money, but this was definitely not the case with Dr. Williams! I felt like I was educated before coming in, but he and his staff were very informative about every aspect of the surgery and after math. He answered every last one of my questions and I didn't feel rushed in any way shape or form, which made a huge impact on me choosing him as my surgeon. Beyond the awesome atmosphere that he and his staff create for the patients, I am very impressed and over the moon with my results. I went to Dr. Williams after loosing a considerable amount of weight. I can remember having that overhang of skin since I was 5 years old and I felt like after putting the work in and changing my lifestyle that I should be happy with my body! My scar looks great and has already faded quite a bit just in the 5 months post surgery. Also, I must mention that all my friends who have had the same procedure done by other doctor's are super jealous of my super cute belly button :o) Dr. Williams says I still have a bit of swelling, which makes me happy since I'm already so happy with the results, they can only get better! Bottom line, I'm so happy with my results and that I made the choice to go with Dr. Williams!

All I can say is that I am absolutely blown away by Dr. Williams and his staff. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else for my procedure. I'm not the type of person to leave reviews for services or products but I couldn't let this go unsaid. Dr. Williams' RN, Kate, just blew my mind with her professionalism and comforting personality. Marsha handled my insurance needs quick, efficiently, and with such ease. Dr. Williams has a bedside manner like no other. Surgery is scary. Dr, Williams is so professional and knows how to put his patients at ease during such a stressful time. I never once got them impression that Dr. Williams was rushing through any part of my procedure, from the consultation to post-op. I had no doubt that with his meticulous attitude and need for perfection that I would be extremely pleased with my results and he exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Dr, Williams even called me from his personal cell phone the evening after my surgery to check in on me. Simply put... you'll be making a mistake if you go to anyone else. Dr. Williams IS your plastic surgeon.
