5 out of 5 stars Breast Reduction
After many years of consideration and pondering, it came to the point where I had to have SOMETHING done to help my back and neck. I had massive boobage and it needed to get fixed. I opted (with input from my husband) for a breast reduction and pursued it with my insurance company. I was approved in a heartbeat. I found a fantastic plastic surgeon in Carrollton, GA. He did a...
5 out of 5 stars Breast Implants
Dr Kahler is an amazing Person as well as an amazing Dr! Very down to earth, with wonderful manners respect and common Curtisy. Also his sense of humor lightened the room and faded the nervousness! His staff all had NOTHING but great words about him! He takes an interest in each client and gets to know them and why they feel they need the procedure they are asking about. I can't see my results just yet but I without a doubt feel he did everything to make sure we achieved my goals!
5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation
Other girls I know used him and loved him. He did my surgery 2 years ago. I love him and the work he did. He and his staff made sure I was very well taken care of. He or a member of his staff called while I was home to make its I was ok. Also when I first met him and spoke with him about the procedure he wanted to know me and why I wanted to change my appearance. What made me want to have this surgery? He cares a lot about his patients! I wish he had informed me more about how I would feel afterwards. I wasn't expecting that much pain. I knew it would hurt of course. But it hurts. When I called though they told me how to deal with it and everything was ok. I never had to sit in the waiting room for long. He always answered my questions and made me understand what he was talking about.
5 out of 5 stars Mini Tummy Tuck
The only reason I put undecided on if it's worth it is because I'm only 2 days post op and it looks like I've been in a car wreck. I know it will just take time for it to heal and settle. My Dr is excellent. I looked at several different ones and I'm happy with the one I chose. He wouldn't do the mini tt at the same time as the breast reduction and now I understand why. That really would have been too much at once.
5 out of 5 stars Arm Lift
Dr. Kahler is warm, kind, and highly skilled. I was confident in my choice after carefully researching all the options (being in the metro Atlanta area I had many options). His style is of a knowing physician, not a salesman, and that was ideal for me. His skills snd care of me during my arm lift were excellent.
1 out of 5 stars Breast Lift
I am a patient of Dr. K's. I wish that I had never let him touch me. I have been through much emotional and physical trauma. Dr. K and his staff show no concern for my well being. I was accused per office staff that either I smoked, picked, or some other wound interference was the cause for my delayed wound healing. I have never smoked, picked , or had any other issue as the staff implied. When I had my 2nd surgery, I walked to the OR and before getting on the OR stretcher, I noticed some blood on the bed linens from a previous patient. The nurse just simply tried to cover it with a pillow.

Dr. Stephen Kahler, MD shows no empathy to his patients for the mistakes he makes performing his various surgeries. I've known of several women who've had bad experiences with him as well.
