WIFH - Atlanta

Shannon is a Nurse Practitioner who has been performing laser procedures at WIFH since 2006. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Georgia in Psychology and BSN and MSN from Kennesaw State University. She has nursing experience in the operating room, allergy/asthma treatment, and women’s health. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets and is a big fan of the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs. A Marietta native she also loves cooking and tennis.

Regan is a Nurse Practitioner and has been performing laser procedures at WIFH since 2006. She received her BS in Biology and Masters in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner training at Vanderbilt University. She has extensive experience working in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Planning and Emergency Medicine. She is an avid runner who also enjoys cycling, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

Christina is a Nurse Practitioner and has been performing laser procedures at WIFH since 2009. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Mary’s College and her Masters Degree and Nurse Practitioner training at Vanderbilt University. After 10 years of urgent care and occupational medicine experience, she joined us at WIFH. She enjoys time with family & friends, hiking, swimming and much more.

Shayna is a Physician Assistant and has been performing laser procedures at WIFH for over a decade. She also currently sits on the laser committee for the Georgia Medical Board. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Georgia in Microbiology and a dual Masters of Public Health and BS – Physician Assistant (with honors) from Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Florida. She is certified & licensed by the Georgia Composite Board of Medical Examiners to perform laser procedures. A native Atlantan, Shayna loves sports and travel.

Sarah is a Licensed Medical Esthetician with over 8 years of skin care experience, and an Assistant Laser Practitioner licensed by the GA. Medical Composite Board. Before joining WIFH, she worked for a top Facial Plastic Surgeon in Atlanta, providing aesthetic treatments and assisting in medical procedures and surgeries. Prior to that, she worked as a Medical Esthetician for the award winning Greenwich Medical Skincare & Laser Spa in Greenwich, CT. Sarah has extensive training and experience in all areas of medical aesthetics, as well as a deep understanding of the various skin types and conditions. She is certified in microneedling, chemical peels, HydrFacial, SilkPeel, dermablading, microdermabrasion, IPL, and laser hair removal. She also specializes in pigmentation abnormalities, and corrective skin care for acne, skin-tone and texture.

Nicole has been a WIFHette since 2013. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and Patient Care Technician. She is a native New Yorker, but is happy to now be a Georgia Peach. Previously she worked in Gynecology and Obstetrics field. She is a great addition to our WIFH family. She loves assisting Dr. Kulkin in the Operating Room. Patient care is her passion. Lindsay is our Smartlipo and Cellulaze coordinator although she wears many hats having been at WIFH for 15 years. She is extremely well versed in all of our procedures having spent time at Medical Education meetings with Dr. Kulkin learning the various available technologies. In addition she is a Certified Aesthetic Consultant. Lindsay graduated from the University of South Carolina with honors and has been in Atlanta many years. Growing up in a family in the hospitality industry she brings innovative ideas and energy to provide the ultimate in customer service to our patients. She and her husband have two beautiful girls. Along with loving her role as mom, she also enjoys reading, cooking and skin care products (she’s a product junkie)! Just ask her and you’ll see what we mean!

Elle is a licensed Esthetician who has worn many hats since she started at WIFH in 2012. After years of treating patients as an Assistant Laser Practitioner, she brings this unique perspective to her current role as the Laser Hair Removal Coordinator. She loves introducing new patients to this life changing procedure. She works hard to make all people feel welcome and enjoys educating patients on the variety of services WIFH has to offer. Before Elle found her path to aesthetics, she pursued her first love, acting, and received a B.A. in Theatre from The Ohio State University. Elle loves spending time with her family and friends, especially at brunch on the weekends.

Bex is the newest member of our WIFH Patient Concierge team. She is so easy to talk to you’ll feel like you’ve know her forever. She received her degree in Philosophy from Georgia State University. She has a background in operations management and online/social marketing. Bex was born in Germany but has lived in the U.S. for most of her life. When not working, she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with friends and family. Despite her relatively sedentary lifestyle she has somehow managed to produce three athletic kids, with one being recruited to the crew team at Jacksonville University and two who run and have competed in the National Junior Olympics.

Annabelle is a Patient Concierge and Certified Aesthetic Consultant and has been at WIFH since 2009. Annabelle is very knowledgeable about WIFH’s many procedures and is happy to assist patients both on the phone and in the office. She enjoys cooking, watching football with her friends and beach vacations.

Rachel is the newest member of our WIFH Patient Concierge team. She is also a newly licensed esthetician and plans to pursue her medical esthetic career here at WIFH. Before joining WIFH, She was a full time student at The Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics. She is passionate about all things skincare. She also has in interest in makeup and has completed an Atlanta based certification course in makeup artistry. She has worked alongside local photographers in fashion, creative, and lifestyle photoshoots. Rachel was born and raised here in Atlanta. While not at work, she enjoys exercising, studying, and spending time with her friends and family. She is also a proud dog mom to her Chihuahua, Phoebe, and frequently enjoys walks with her along Atlanta’s beltline.

Melissa is our Practice Manager and Certified Aesthetic Consultant and has been at WIFH since 2006. She is a graduate of Georgia State University where she earned her BBA in Finance and is currently pursuing her MBA at University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Melissa enjoys trying new restaurants with her hubby. Crafting and participating in full and half marathons. She brings a fantastic smile, positive attitude, and patient focused leadership to the WIFH team.

Heatherlea was born in the Mid-West but grew up in upstate New York. She keeps our front office running smoothly with her sharp organization skills. Before joining our team she worked in Orthopedics and Home Care. When not at WIFH, she enjoys biking and remodeling her home as well as spending time with her husband, preschool aged daughter, dog and cat. She has a philanthropic interest in helping children in the foster care system.
