I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Zaworski, Susan, and Keri, Dr. Zaworski’s amazing work, and how pleased I am with my results. I followed his RealSelf page and reviews for roughly 5 years before I decided to finally have surgery and from the minute I met with him in my consultation, I knew I had made the right decision. He patiently listened while I expressed my concerns and goals, answered all of my questions and explained every single procedure in detail as well as what to expect afterwards. I am 4 weeks post op from a Rhinoplasty that he performed to correct two EXTREMELY different nostrils combined with a minimal lip lift, upper lids, and lower face/neck lift. I could not be happier with the outcome of every single thing he did and my recovery was a breeze. He is truly an artist! I had extremely minimal bruising as well as minimal discomfort. Susan and Keri were there there to support me from start to finish and helped me with any and everything I needed. There’s no amount of “thank you’s” I could say to convey how grateful and appreciative I am for his work, the support I received and for my experience in general. Best Dr. and team ever!

I chose Dr. Z to perform my Mommy makeover (TT, MR, BL, BA and lipo at the side of my breasts) in January 2019. I could not be happier with the outcome. I was well informed about each procedure and they were very patient with my endless questions and concerns during and after hours. My surgery took longer than expected due to the muscle repair but everything went as it should have. I read so many reviews that I had anxiety about the amount of pain I could have afterwards but I NEVER had any pain afterwards except for when they took my stitches out. Not only has Dr. Z and his staff been amazing but everyone at Northside Hospital, from the financial Dept. To the staff that took care of me, have been top notch. I will never go anywhere else for future procedures.

Dr. Zaworski did a microdermabrasion of my arm. The results are beyond what I expected and better than what he told me before the surgery. My visits with their office are always enjoyable because of the kind conversation and they are good people. I am confident he is the best doctor in Atlanta.

Dr. Zaworski was amazing. I have been to his office several times and I feel like he has been very truthful with me and gone above and beyond in being informative, also not afraid to tell me no when I wanted something fixed that didn’t need to be. He has taken time to show me pictures and explain everything thoroughly. I just had fat graphs on 2 major scars on my face. I’m still swollen but they look so much better already and it has only been a few days. He said it will take 6-8 weeks to recover fully but I think things are only going to get better and can’t wait. Everyone he worked with was truly kind as well!

Dr Zaworski and Susan, his surgical assistant were fantastic from beginning to end! I am so pleased with my results as well as the entire process! I was treated fantastic and I feel wonderful!! I was well educated and they were always available to help me along to way during my healing process. I am so glad I finally chose to do this for myself and chose him as my provider. They make a great team!!

Dr Zaworski has always been extremely professional and caring. His staff is second to none. He truly cares about each patient and their family. I would never go anywhere else. He’s incredible and his work is impeccable.

This was the best decision I have ever made! Dr. Z and his staff were amazing. They explained everything to me step by step and the work Dr. Z did was amazing. I would highly recommend using Dr. Z for any of your cosmetic needs. He definitely knows what he is doing. So happy with my results. ;)

Dr. Z He’s just outstanding. Everyone in his office is so kind and friendly. He really feminized my face. For sure worth going to see if you are wanting a consult. My nose was just very wide at the bridge and a bit too long. He made it much better.

I’m a 52 year old. I decided that I wanted Rhinoplasty surgery to refine my noise since I was in my teens. I love myself but I wanted a bride to lift up the flatness between the eyes. I have had two Rhinoplasty surgeries. My first surgery I was very displeased with the end results. It has been three months since my surgery, therefore I am feeling and recovering well. I’m very pleased with the outcome results. My experience was extraordinary from beginning to end. His staff is amazing. They was very courteous and educated in their profession. They made me felt welcome and comfortable. Any questions I had they explain to me in details and I also appreciated them for calling and checking on me after my surgery. I highly recommend anyone who needs plastic surgery especially Rhinoplasty and Neck liposuction please consider using Dr. Zaworski...you will have no regrets!!

I had a medium chin implant with supplemental liposuction under general anesthesia on November 13th. Dr. Zaworski, Susan, and Keri were fabulous. I cannot recommend them more if you are in the Atlanta area - they made me feel like I was their only patient and I will genuinely miss them! Frankly my only regret is not doing this sooner. I feel like my profile finally matches my front after decades of being told “you are so photogenic!“. Updated on 11 Dec 2018: I thought I’d add an update in case if helps anyone out there. I’m 4 weeks post opp today and while I felt some swelling in my lower jaw area the past week, it’s improving now. I’m thrilled with the results and while I think I look so different, no one has noticed. Best case scenario. Updated on 18 Mar 2019: Realself posted a before/after of me on Instagram (they asked permission, don’t worry!) so I figured I’d add one more update here. I’m a little more than four months post and I barely think about it anymore. My neck as really firmed up and smoothed out, and the scar just looks like skin imperfection. I would have never, ever, ever, in a million years worn my hair like this before, and now it’s my go to.
