Dr. Mackay performed the following procedures on me: neck lift, face lift, eyelid surgery and brow lift. My concern was to look natural and just get rid of what was “hanging”. This was accomplished. Gentleness, kindness and a calming demeanor are great qualities Dr. Mackay possesses. These great qualities are backed up with expertise, deep knowledge and love of what he is doing. He even met me at his office on Christmas Eve to help alleviate post surgery swelling on the left side of my neck. He was concerned and successful! Updated on 27 Jun 2020: Below are before and after pictures relative to my facelift performed by Dr. Mackay on December 3, 2019. Results are quite natural which is what I was hoping for. It has been nearly seven months since the procedure. My ears were quite tender due to the work and stitches around them. I did not even think of this.

Dr. MacKay performed a breast reduction on me approximately 5 weeks ago. I am beyond excited with the results. I especially love that Dr.MacKay and his staff prepared me prior to the surgery and educated me the entire process, what a stress reliever. Choosing Dr. Mackay was one of the best decisions I could have made. He is so caring, compassionate and his bedside manner is impeccable. From my first initial visit to my post op follow up, I felt like I was well taken care of. The receptionist, nurses, and his PA Jacqueline made sure I felt comfortable and answered all of my questions before I could answer them. Having had large breasts all my life I feel like a brand new women now. I am now able to walk upstairs without feeling winded, I have no back neck or shoulder pain, and best of all I can now buy inexpensive bras. Not only do I feel good, I look great too. Not to mention how perky my breasts are now. Im so grateful for everything Dr. Mackay did for me and I am so pleased with my results and if I had to do it all over again, I would choose him again. My experience was impeccable! I had the good fortune of meeting Dr Mackay and selecting him for a rhinoplasty in 2009. I selected him because of his great reputation and his extensive experience with difficult, reconstructive surgeries. Because I scar excessively, one side of my nose required revision post surgery and he took care of it. The results were just what I had hoped for, and he made sure I was pleased with the results. Dr. Mackay is FANTASTIC!!! I am so happy with my results. I have had 3 surgeries preformed by Dr. Mackay (breast lift, expanders placed in after a double mastectomy, and then reconstruction with fat grafting). I had a consultation with Dr. Mackay for an upper eyelid lift. He was very attentive and knowledgeable and friendly. He spent a lot of time going over the surgery and what to expect. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mackay and his staff.

Today was the day! Finally got it done. I have been planning the surgery for over a year. I lost 25 lbs and now weigh 175. The surgeon did 255cc moderate profile plus gel . I also had fat transfer to lower eyelids. My experience win Dr Mackay was wonderful. I highly recommend. So far the discomfort ha been minimal.
