My experience with dr. Kavali and her staff have been incredible, to say the least. I went to several doctors (5 consultations total) and dr. Kavali blew me away with her kindness, compassion, and true understanding of the female body. She taught me a lot and pointed out things that the other doctors did not. I left my consultation 100% sure that dr. Kavali was the right choice. I'm 22 years old and felt my boobs were too small, flat, and fell towards my apartments. I had my breast augmentation yesterday, June 18th, and currently recovering. My recovery is nowhere near as bad as I anticipated it would be. Thank you dr. Kavali for being you and making me feel so comfortable from beginning to end. I highly recommend dr. Kavali.

Customer service and personal attention are an obvious attribute of Dr. Kavali's office. Sunny and Ali are complete dolls and provided me all the answers I needed prior to my consultation. I came to Dr. Kavali after visiting 8 (yes 8!) other Plastic Surgeons. I had a previous operation earlier in the year that left me with a staph infection and a "botched" outcome. I made a promise to myself that I WOULD NOT settle while in search for a new PS. I was excited to consult with my first female PS. Dr. Kavali, not only listened to my past experience and what I wanted to achieve but, she actually "heard" me. I appreciated Dr. Kavali's compassion, sincerity, and confidence. I knew I was in the right place when my husband nudged me halfway through the appointment (when Dr. K had her back turned) and said schedule the appointment :)! So... I scheduled surgery and then all the "what if's" came flooding back bc of my past experience. That's when sweet, sweet Stephanie came aboard. Stephanie did my pre-op and would also be in the OR for my surgery. Stephanie was/is amazing, she answered and explained everything (until I completely understood and was comfortable). Dr. Kavali, not only delivered on what she said she would do - she did for me what all 8 other PS said could not be done! I love the entire staff at Dr. Kavali, everyone there makes any experience worthwhile. I love that I can always get in for an appointment, and the way that Dr. Kavali listens to my needs and helps me put a plan in action to achieve my goals. I have been a patient for 10 years.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice or the people who operate it. This is an office that just radiates positivity and comfort the minute you walk in. Everyone is friendly and they are expertly trained. The prices are very reasonable, the Christmas specials are fabulous as well. Every time I go in there, I leave with a smile on my face. I’ve never felt unappreciated, persuaded, or rushed... not once. Dr. Kavali, Marissa, Mallorie, Sunny, etc are ALL probably the nicest and most competent staff I’ve ever worked with. They will listen to your questions and concerns with the highest level of patience, return calls promptly, discuss pre and post procedure care thoroughly, and make sure you not only have realistic expectations, but are a good candidate for a procedure. Their highest concern seems to be safety and good results - even when they could “make a sale” instead. I am completely shocked to read some of these reviews, and can say with absolute certainty that Dr. Kavali is one of the kindest people you will ever meet, I don’t think she has a rude or insensitive bone in her body. Every encounter I have had with her and her staff has been positive and they are not only the best in the field, they’re an absolute JOY to be around. Keep it up, y’all are amazing and we’ll worth the drive from where I am.

Exceptional! From the friendly & helpful staff to the wonderful doctor, my experience with breast augmentation and implant replacement was awesome! I always have a wonderful experience with Dr. Kavali. She is terrific at what she does and very thoughtful and meticulous and empathetic. I was looking rather gaunt and tired. I asked her opinion and we decided on a little Voluma to fill in cheek area. She also used some vollure filler to smooth out nasal folds. It looks amazing. I cannot recommend dr. Kavali more highly. She makes you look natural but better.

I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Kavali and all of her staff for excellent treatment over the past 15 years. My experiences have included laser, injectables, and facials. Even though none of my treatments were necessary for my physical well-being, I am keenly aware and appreciative of what a difference it has made in my self-esteem. When my husband sees me without make-up and tells me my skin is "glowy" (especially considering the voluntary sun damage I did as a young adult), I'm thankful that I have a professional, well-qualified, and kind group of individuals at the ready to help me achieve some of my personal goals. (As a side note, the office is conveniently located just off a major highway and parking is extremely convenient.)

I went to Dr. Kavali's office for a CoolSculpting procedure. Although I didn't see the doctor, her staff is excellent and extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Tina, the esthetician, was very professional ensuring not only were the coolsculpting appliances placed correctly but that I was comfortable for the 1 hour procedure (I had two 1 hour procedures). I'm not able to discuss results yet, too early (1 week into the progress). As part of Coolsculpting, Botox was offered (This is provided by Allergan & not Dr. Kavali's office. It was a limited amount of units). Stephanie did the botox injections. She was patient and first listened to my concerns and what I wanted to achieve using Botox before she did any injections. Would I see Dr Kavali for any surgical procedures? Yes - I believe one of many keys to determine the quality of a doctor is the staff the doctors chooses and Dr. Kavali has chosen some of the best.

After losing 120lbs through diet and exercise alone my skin was shot! You cannot tone up skin for those who think you can. I had excess skin around my stomach removed and my breasts lifted ( no implants). If you are thinking about going through this type of life changing experience I encourage you to choose Dr. Kavali. Dr. Kavali and her staff are an amazing group of people who have become like family to me.

Dr. Kavali performed a breast implant downsize for me. I had too large 650cc silicone implants and was able to downsize without a lift. I was aiming for at least a full cup down and hope the final result after the swelling goes down will be a bit smaller. I know that I could have gone down much smaller than 470cc and been completely happy - I should have trusted her to pick the right size and not been so worried about being too small. Dr. Kavali was very caring and did an amazing job. I already look great just a few days out of surgery. She is the only surgeon I have ever trusted implicitly. I highly recommend Dr. Kavali and her team. I will definitely be a lifelong patient!
