Dr. Fishman’s office was easy to find. Parking fee was compensated. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Fishman was wonderful with my 7 year old daughter during our visit for ear piercing. The process was smooth and painless (the ear lobes were number up). There were no tears. The procedure included small sparkly adorable earrings, so we did not have to bother bringing our own. My daughter and I were so impressed with the visit and the whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Fishman for perfect ear piercing experience.
I actually had this procedure done 2/17/2020, but RealSelf limits to 2 years in the past. I have always been self conscious of my long upper lip and lack of lip show. As a kid I used to hide behind my hand when I laughed because you couldn’t see my teeth when I smiled, and I just looked like a toothless hobo. LOL. I had a 20mm philtrum, zero tooth show, and basically zero lip show. Dr. Fishman came highly recommended. She is very warm and friendly, and her staff always made me feel welcome. My face gave us some difficulties (some scarring issues as well as spitting sutures—guess my body just didn’t want to allow the stitches to dissolve), but Dr. Fishman never gave up and wanted to get things just right. This is why I waited so long to post results. The corners of my mouth do naturally turn down (this is evident even in my baby pictures); Dr. Fishman suggested some filler would help with this as well as balance my face, but I haven’t crossed that bridge yet. I have started getting Botox in the “frowning” muscles, which I think has helped a bit. My mouth is also naturally crooked, I guess. Some things you don’t really notice until there’s more to look at! I don’t have a ton of tooth show when I smile, but definitely more than I ever had before. I actually have short teeth, I guess, and definitely have erosion per my dentist, so honestly the tooth show issue would likely be helped by some dental work. I do still catch glimpses of myself or see pictures and think I look a bit odd, even after 3 years, but then when I look back at my before picture, holy cow. What an improvement. I think my face looks more feminine now than before.
Dr. Fishman and her staff were incredible. Dr. Fishman was very down to earth and answered any and lil questions I had. She was very professional and did an amazing job. I am very pleased with the way my nose turned out. I would highly recommend Dr. Fishman. I cane from 5 hours away just to see her and so pleased I did.
I am so, deeply happy about both my results and my experience. I have always been curious about a "liquid nose job" and due to the doctor's experience with rhinoplasty as well as fillers, I knew she would be an expert. Apparently, she's an expert on overall facial balance as well! She not only gave me my dream nose but also helped to correct some cheek facial asymmetry that has bothered me my whole life. I asked her if she had other recommendations and she suggested a little filler in my chin for further balance, something I had never considered, but that I am so happy I got! I've been getting compliments from friends who have known me for years who can't quite tell what's different but think I look amazing. I'm so happy, I don't feel like I have to hide asymmetrical parts of my face behind hair or be cautious about being photographed in profile. I am so appreciative as well of the kind, welcoming, and informative environment this procedure took place in. I felt so listened to and taken care of by the doctor herself and all of the staff I interacted with. The office is gorgeous and peaceful. Everyone took care to make sure I was comfortable - and this was honestly the least painful injectable experience of my life! I had scheduled a consult and fortunately was able to receive my desired procedure (and more as I described above) that same morning...however, what I really appreciated is that I was never pressured to do certain procedures and I was given full details of potential risks and recovery outcomes. I loved that the doctor did not just cite her personal experiences but also recent medical literature. The cost is extremely fair - truly for the experience, I consider this a very high-value place to go for your filler needs. I'm looking forward to seeing her for botox/dysport in the future. I truly loved the experience so much, I'd recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about their filler options.
Love how plump and natural they look 4 months later!
I am so grateful to have found Dr. Inessa Fishman. After consulting with several different physicians over the course of YEARS (literally), Dr. Fishman was an answer to prayer. Not only is she incredibly skilled at her craft, she's also kind, approachable and down-to-earth. She walked me through every step of a complicated but necessary procedure and eased all my worries. The end result was better than I could've imagined. Since then, I have relied solely on Dr. Fishman for all my aesthetic needs. As an added bonus, her office space is absolutely beautiful and so welcoming! I cannot sing her praises enough! I tell everyone I know about her and look forward to using her for many years to come.
100% perfect. Dr. Fishman and her staff made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Fishman listened to me and took great care in explaining everything to me. From walking into the hospital to getting back into the care, everyone I had contact with was so caring and wanted to make sure I was alright. I knew I was in great hands. I had an upper eyelid and lower eyelid surgeries. It is over a year for the upper and just approaching a year for the lower and I couldn't be happier with results. My lower eyelids seem to look better as time goes on. I still go to Dr. Fishman for botox and filler. Make an appointment with her and you will see that there isn't anyone else to go to.
Dr. Fishman has a great bedside manner. She explains everything she plans to do, what to expect after the procedure, and how to manage home care after treatments. She is detail oriented and does excellent work. I would highly recommend her.
47 years old. Eyes continued to look more tired droopy. My neck was what started me on this journey. I had seen several docs that said a lower face lift was the procedure I needed. I was nervous about this, didn’t want that pulled, duck look. Felt taking smaller portions individually would look more natural. Dr. Fishman was wonderful. She did some Botox and filler in my cheeks first. I was impressed with how she made me feel calm and confident in her ability. We scheduled the blephomaplasty shortly after. I had a tummy tuck about 12 year ago. Always had “dog ears” from the procedure and the pubis area was a little puffy. Always wanted to Fix it. Since she was putting me under for the eyes, might be. Good time to do it. I met with Dr. Ashraf and she felt a revision wold be simple and quick. Pre-op was great. Very detailed info. Day of surgery went great. Very pleased. Dr. Fishman called me twice to check on me and even gave me her cell number.. I’m on day three of healing. All is going well and very pleased with everything so far.. Updated on 24 Oct 2018: So happy with final result. It's been 12 days and can't believe how quickly I've healed. Can hardly see the scar on my eyelids. Still a bit of swelling and a small bruise or two to go. Dr. Fishman is talented and a very caring Doctor.
This was my first go at injectables. Dr. Fishman was wonderful at calming me and explaining everything I needed to know. I originally went in for filler in tear trough. Loved how she was honest that it would not be a result I would be happy with. Had some other suggestions. It has only been a day since I had some filler in my cheeks and some Botox. I'm happy with the results so far. Only a few small bruises on one side and a splitting headache (which I hear can be a side affect of the Botox). Can't wait to see end result, will certainly go back for others in the future.
It is ok to combine the O-shot with topical radiiofrequency for vaginal rejuvenation and sexual health; in my practice, we frequently do Votiva (a topical radiofrequency treatment similar to Votiva) immediately followed by the O-shot for better combined treatment results. If you must separate them, it probably makes sense to give the O-shot 1-2 weeks to recover before doing Thermiva, just in case you get a bruise from the injection which can make some providers hesitate to proceed with Thermiva. Best of luck in your treatment journey!
The repair of a split tragus is pretty similar to the repair of a split earlobe, with the small exception of the tragus having more cartilage tissue. You would likely be best served by going to see a Plastic Surgeon, Facial Plastic surgeon, or ENT specialist to discuss the repair of this. Often, a re-piercing may be performed (if desired) at the same time as the repair. Best of luck in your treatment journey!
I usually discourage lip lifting and rhinoplasty at the same time; the nose tip and base need time to heal and settle, and I don't want to have the healing and pulling forces of the lip lift to affect this. I recommend having either procedure separated by about 6 months from its counterpart for more predictable healing results. I don't see an issue doing a concurrent lip lift and blepharoplasty, or rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty. Of note, a lip lift is a procedure I frequently do in the office, without general anesthesia; hopefully this helps you with your treatment plan. Best of luck!
Fillers can be a great tool in the reshaping of a nose, but their limitations include their lack of ability to take away undesired volume. In my practice, I prefer using non-permanent, dissolvable hyaluronic acid fillers, and mostly employ them to camouflage small bridge bumps, fill in indentations, and create the appearance of a more upturned nose tip. Your photos suggest some widening of your nasal bones, which would be better address with surgical rhinoplasty. Start by meeting with a rhinoplasty expert who does both surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty treatments to discuss your treatment goals; have a thorough physical examination; and design a customized treatment plan. Best of luck!
Filler migration doesn't usually resolve on its own, as hyaluronic acid filler sticks around for a long time in the body, even in highly mobile areas like the lips and mouth. It may be best to go back to your injector, review your before-treatment photos, and craft a treatment plan based on this information. Best of luck!
