But if you are still early in the post-op healing process (1week - 12 weeks) then an asymmetric nipple is extremely common. Your results are not final until the fourth (up to 6th) month after surgery at least. There is lots of normal asymmetric swelling going on that causes many patients to become worried they will look unnatural perminantely, almost always they are still healing. Your implants will eventually loosen the still tight muscles and tissues inside your breast pocket, causing the implant to drop and fill out the breast pocket to achieve a natural look that you desire.

Hello and thank you for your question. There is most likely a plastic surgeon in your area that is a labiaplasty specialist that you could set up a consultation with. It is preferred to find a board certified specialist as this doctor will have a much higher chance for a favorable outcome, but remember no results can be guaranteed. You should not be embarrassed by the appearance of your labia as an enlarged labia minora is very common. I recommend doing your best to find a plastic surgeon based on their experience and past surgical results instead solely on price. Research the procedure! Know what goes into reducing the labia and the different methods used by plastic surgeons (wedge, trim method). Having a grasp of this will make it easier to communicate your goals and concerns to your surgeon.

If your current plastic surgeon is not comfortable with the procedure it is possible another in your area will be. Always ensure he/she is board certified and that you understand the risks that come with undergoing the surgery. It is possible the plastic surgeon asks you to sign a form that says you understand these risks.

Hello and thank you for your question. Typically a plastic surgeon will recommend to a patient still producing milk that the procedure should wait until the breast are finished changing and most of the milk has dried up. This is because if surgery is done while the breast are becoming larger from milk production - complications can arise during surgery due to not having a stable environment in the body. Also, breast augmentation final results will not be nearly as good if the breast are swelled beyond what their size would normally be. If breast augmentation was completed now, in the future your breast milk will dissipate and your cup size will decrease leaving you with a smaller size than you originally planned for.
Breast can sometimes produce limited milk for years after breastfeeding, once changes in the breast are complete most surgeons will preform the surgery after consulting with you. As always you should ask your board certified plastic surgeon what their policy is on this matter and what their advice is in this situation.

If we compare the photos through your week by week timeline, we can see the crease underneath the breast becoming less defined and filling in the shape of the implant. If you are not having any major pain or symptoms I suggest all you need is time for your implants to "drop and fluff".
