After much deliberation, investigation, and verification, I discovered Dr. Fakhre in my own locality. His credentials are impeccable and his surgical ability is superb. He has an engaging personality and gentle demeanor. He exudes confidence. These aforementioned traits combined with an artistic eye rendered perfect results for me. He erased Forty (40) years of age and the effects of gravity which resulted in my now having a perfect body (by any reasonable observation). I could have chosen to go anywhere for my breast lift/tummy tuck. I am extremely pleased with the results rendered by Dr. Fakhre. His practice staff is curated with quality individuals whose different skills and personalities combine to create an exquisite experience. Simply put, I could not be more happier with my results. They exceeded my expectations. I cannot foresee a time at which I would consider going anywhere else.

There are not enough words to express how pleased I am with the results of my reduction. Dr. Fakhre is amazing. I did a fair amount of research and had a referral from my primary care physician for a different plastic surgeon but Dr. Fakhre does many, many reductions every year and has a stellar reputation. I find it curious when other doctors don't mention reductions on their websites. Dr. Fakhre's website is also very informative, showing exactly the process of the procedure, in animated diagrams. I had been large breasted my entire life but since having my kids, with weight gain and breast feeding they were simply never the same. I had put this surgery off for many years and was literally scared to death but I found the courage to make the appointment and go see him. My appointment with him did not disappoint. He was gentle, honest and kind. He told me what I could expect and was clear about what I could not expect. He ended our consult with a reassurance that he felt he could do the surgery and was confident that I would be pleased. Additionally, I loved his staff because they made me feel so comfortable. Especially Vanessa, who was particularly helpful and seemed to understand my fears and responded with reassuring compassion. The office itself is beautiful and clean. They are very organized; I liked the videos that had been pre-recorded by Dr. Fakhre, explaining your procedure and what to expect. It took a couple of weeks for me to make my decision and schedule. I was told they have their own surgery center so the procedure would take place at their offices. I arrived for my surgery at 6:30 am and was taken to the other side of the building. I was very surprised to find that I was the only one there. There were two nurses (or PA's), an anesthesiologist and Dr. Fakhre. It was very personalized and so professional; bright and immaculately clean. Dr. Fakhre made his markings on me, I walked to the operating room and I was headed home by 11:15 am. Honestly, the first day was pretty painful but I had pain meds and I slept through most of it. I had a couple of hiccups, such as an allergic reaction to the pain medication. By day three I was on Extra Strength Tylenol and it worked great. I also had a delayed allergic reaction to the surgical tapes but once removed and Rx Cortizone applied, the rash went away in short order. The staff was so responsive and assured me that if I needed to call for anything to please do so. My surgery was exactly four months ago yesterday and I cannot be more pleased. My breasts are amazing. I can't believe the confidence it has given me. I have been able to buy clothes I have never been able to wear such as off the shoulder tops and bandeau bathing suits. These were always off limits to me. My nipples are even and perky and I have all the feeling (maybe more than I had before). I can go braless which I have also never had the luxury of doing. I highly recommend Dr. Fakhre!

Procedure: Breast Reduction Surgery Doctor Fakhre is definitely an amazing surgeon. I waited many years before finally deciding to go ahead with a breast surgery procedure. I picked Doctor Fakhre as he had some of the most beautiful results in the entire Florida. I had checked Miami, Jacksonville… But Doctor Fakhre always had the most beautiful before and after pictures. I met with him twice before deciding to go ahead and have him as my surgeon. Doctor Fakhre did not lie to me. He was straightforward with me. He told me that he could not go ahead and promise me a certain cup size but that I could trust him. There is so much a surgeon can reduce a breast until no longer being safe. My breast is now 50%?less than before and I am happy with the size. My neck and back pain has disappear. I feel good wearing pretty tops now as I was quite self-conscious of my large breasts and was always trying to hide them behind loose clothes. Not only the size but the shape is natural and beautiful. I have a young woman breasts (while I am 59.) Doctor Fakhre really focuses on esthetics and his incisions are amazing as they are very thin and will intimately fade away. I am 6 weeks post surgery as I write this and my mother and I are amazed how well the incisions look. Doctor Fakhre is an amazing surgeon. I would definitely without a doubt recommend him. I had an incredible experience with Dr. Fakhre and his team. Everyone was always so welcoming and kind the moment I would walk in. Dr. Fakhre is very personable and always made me feel comfortable. The office is clean and modern. The most important part is my results are beautiful (Breast Augmentation Replacement) and have made my confidence high. He listened and provided exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed!

From day one I was searching for the best doctor in Florida to perform my Breast lift. I wanted someone experienced who was specifically good with scars. I was tempted to go the whole "Miami" route because of the insanely low cost but was afraid of the horror stories. When looking at Pre-op photos, I was so confused about what to really look for. You need to look for photos whos before photos are close to yours. So my search began and I was torn between the following surgeons. Dr. Opp in Orlando, Dr. Thomas Fiala, Dr. Ary Krau in Miami, Dr. Revis and Dr. Watt. All fantastic FL surgeons. I liked different things about each surgeon, and read patient reviews on all of them - however, Dr. Peter Fakhre had the LEAST amount of reviews on RealSelf. But his Google reviews were RAVING, as were his word-of-mouth reviews. I now have 5 friends who have gone to him and they all look freaking fantastic. The only real thing giving me pause was that they each had breast augmentations done and did not need extensive breast lifts like I did. So I was not able to see in person examples of his anchor scars. Scarring was my BIGGEST FEAR! I was taking a risk but I booked the consultation. I got on New Tampa Plastic Surgery's website and looked at before and after pics and liked what I saw. But- PLEASE KEEP IN MIND - "after" photos are typically taken between 2 weeks and 3 months post opp where a patients scars can actually look their worst. So a lot of times these after pictures are not the best representations of what your long-term scaring results will be. Scars may look red in these photos but they are so early in the healing process. For those who know a thing about scars - they look their worst as they are healing and maturing and fade / soften over the course of 12 months. So a photo at 3 weeks looks worse than it will in 12 months time. So what the heck do you need to look for then?? = Thin lines. Tight stitching. Breast shape. Round and pretty incisions on the areolas. Artistic detailing and shaping. Dr. Fakhre uses the best material on the market for his stitching. He burries the stitches beneath the surface of the skin so the tiniest line possible can be achieved. (Of course this will vary based on how an individual heals). But if you follow his 6 month pressure-taping instruction, most scars come out absolutely stunning and are almost invisible by 2 years time. Pressure treating scars and taping your incisions for months prevents excess collagen building up and the thickening of scars, because the skin stays still and the brain doesn't signal to your body to product more collagen for the scar. Clinical Studies have shown this therapy to produce results equal to 100% silicone gels and treatments and it's so much cheaper. Now Back to me. I needed an anchor incision due to laxity in my breast skin, gaining and losing weight during 2 pregnancies, and large sagging breasts after breastfeeding for 4 years straight. I did not want bad scars or a box shaped breast. He did the bestttttt job. My boobs look so natural, have beautiful incision lines, are proportionate, placed evenly on my chest, (he literally brought out an actual level before going back to the OR, LOL), and are sitting perky and tight with my areola above my crease. I have no implants and may want some down the road but I am so so so pleased right now and could leave the as they are. He may cost more than other surgeons but you are paying for the experience of New Tampa Plastic Surgery. Beautiful facility, A+ anesthesiologist and nursing staff, A+ customer service, A+ results. Rose is his assistant and she is all around organized & amazing. Crystal is also fantastic, as is the rest of the staff! (I wish I remembered all of their names) Dr. Fakhre is blunt and extremely honest. But that is what you freaking WANT so you know what to expect. He is realistic and really looks at his work as an art. If you need a sign to just go with your gut and pick this surgeon - this is it. Just Stop looking. I went to the other consultations for you. Lol! By the way - he is a Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and is one of the few surgeons in central Florida to hold this level of certification. 10/10 reccommend. Amazing from beginning to end. And for those afraid of going under like I was, the nurse so did my anesthesia was an angel. I didn't even feel sleepy I just went from awake to asleep with zero memory and woke up and BAM, it was done. She was phenomenal. Healing was easy and I was on my feet from day 1 where I had to force myself to relax. Beyond grateful for this man's attention to detail and he has given me so much of my confidance back in ways I cannot describe! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I had my surgery in August 2019 and it consisted of a breast augmentation, liposuction, and a microdermal piercing removal. I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Dr. Fakhre and couldn't recommend him enough. He takes such wonderful care of his patients and he was happy to answer any and all questions I had and set my concerns at ease. His staff is amazing too. The women at the front are always smiling and friendly. This is soo important because it makes you feel warm and welcomed into the space. It can be so scary to make a decision to willingly go under the knife with results that can't be guaranteed so the atmosphere at New Tampa was helpful in easing my anxiety during the process. The nurses and anesthesiologist during the surgery day were outstanding and also did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and safe. I did have a funny exchange while waking from the anesthesia though. The poor nurse that was taking care of me kept encouraging me to eat some crackers before I would be allowed to leave. In my drug induced state I thought I had taken massive bites of multiple crackers. I got so frustrated that I was still being told to eat and started crying my eyes out. Afterwards when I got home I saw the photo of the crackers and laughed a bunch at just how little of it I actually ate. The nurse had so much patience to deal with a drugged up adult toddler that cried after being told to eat a cracker, LOL. Overall the care Dr. Fakhre takes of his patients is stellar. I'm actually planning to visit again soon and discuss some non-surgical procedures.

I'm 28, have had two babies and my boobs were pretty much ruined from my pregnancies and breast feeding. I am 7 months post of and just writing my review because i wasn't fully happy with one of my breasts until recently. It took quite a while for my right breast to even out to my left but now I am completely in love with my boobs.All I can say is seriously wait the full 6 months before you judge your boobs! From my pre op, surgery and multiple post op appointments, Dr. Fakhre was caring, patient, and very up front and honest.When I was having doubts/concerns post op he took the time to see me and reassure me, and also told made me realize I am my own worst critic lol. I 100000% recommend him. Oh and as an added bonus, his entire staff- office and surgical team are amazing and very caring. Best in Tampa!

Dr. Fakhre is a wonderful surgeon. My breasts are beautiful! He was my first and only consultation. I felt no need to go anywhere else. His staff are super sweet and answered all of my questions. I had a lot! Dr. Fakhre spent time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed. He is a miracle worker. Updated on 8 Sep 2021: I finally got to go bra shopping. I’m a 36DDD! Before my surgery I was a deflated 34D. Super happy! I am 8 weeks PO. 485cc silicone hp under the muscle. I’m loving them more and more everyday. They are getting softer and more natural feeling. Updated on 21 Sep 2021: Today makes 11 weeks and am absolutely loving my boobs! I have way more confidence and am wearing some sexier tops. They feel more part of me everyday! 24 y/o always wanted bigger breast as I've been extremely petite my whole life and kid you not have been the same cup size since 5-6th grade!! Dr. G Peter Fakhre was referred to me by my lovely aunt whose BA looks stunning! She went from my size to small D and I fell in love with her results & her nonexistent scar. I held it off for about a year until I finally felt it was the right time & decided to make my first appointment! Here's my story: My consultation was complimentary & I met my future surgeon that same day which was a lovely experience! Him & his assistant Rose were extremely professional & welcoming. I’ve slowly started to stretch my chest and arms to avoid stiffness and I believe this has helped with relieving tightness & swelling. I have also been rubbing arnica oil/gel on my cleavage to relieve soreness & this helps sooo much; almost instantly! Updated on 19 Aug 2021: Feeling great! Some soreness and skin sensitivity. No more back pain Im seeing my surgeon tomorrow - going everything turns out well! Overall im back to feeling like myself & sometimes forget i just got out of surgery lol. Also, the steri-strips fell out like 3 days ago and I was advised to replace them up until 6 months to ensure proper scar healing. My right implant is taking longer to drop and seems to be more swollen than my left and I am not sure if this is what causing my sternum to have tenting…No pain or soreness btw. He asked me a few times if I had any questions for him after my checkup and I really appreciate that from his part as he seems to be so busy 24/7 also assured me they are always here for me & can contact them anytime. My only concern a week ago was sternum swelling and tenting which was worrying me a bit but my surgeon reassured me to trust the healing process and that things seem to be healing well so far. Today I noticed more drop & fluff and less swelling in my sternum area so I’m pretty sure it’s nothing major like symmastia. I continue to massage 2-3 times a day and started applying Bio Oil like 2 weeks ago Thanks again to my surgeon for making me look so good and helping with my confidence 10/10 experience Updated on 1 Nov 2021: Almost at 3 months…wow!!! I found Dr. Fahkre through a friend who heard of him and the moment I had a consultation with him, I didn't even need to seek further on other surgeons. Not only is he honest with expectations and aesthetic goals, he's compassionate and empathetic. I think those qualities are extremely important. I had a breast aug/lift done almost 9 weeks ago. I was hesitant over the lift and scars but Dr. Fahkre is pristine with his cut. My incisions are extremely thin and I love my scars, they will continue to get better too! The entire team-- Rose, Vanessa, Ellie, Crystal, and anyone else I forgot.. they were extremely extremely extremely helpful. I emphasize on that because I called the office multiple times with questions and concerns. Vanessa even saw me for some concerns I had. The entire team did not make me feel like a bother when I called, and made me feel emotionally heard and safe-- I am an RN and it made me value them even more coming from a patients perspective. They hold a high standard. If you're reading this, this is your sign. Dr. Fahkre and his entire team are honestly A1 and nothing short from incredible. I'm only 9 weeks post op and I love the results already.. I am excited for what's to come :)
