I really can't recommend Dr. Marcadis and his staff enough. A little background: I've struggled with sagging/drooping breasts for years and after I finished having and breastfeeding my children I knew that I wanted to get a breast lift. I interviewed 4 plastic surgeons, sought countless testimonies, looked at before and after photos and surgical reviews for HOURS. I really felt like I was a knowledgeable patient and went in with reasonable expectations based on what I had seen, read and what Dr. Marcadis had told me. I thought I needed implants in addition to my lift and after consulting with Dr. Marcadis, I was swayed against it. Having said all of this, I cannot express how pleased I am with my results and the decision not to include an implant in my procedure. Over the moon thrilled with how my breasts turned out and honestly don't have a bit of negative feedback about the process that this office was able to provide for me. The Marcadis practice is like the Four Seasons of plastic surgery. From the moment you walk in, there is a sense of calm and luxury. You can tell that the atmosphere is positive and everyone you interface with is enjoying themselves...it is clearly a great place to work. The scheduling staff is top notch, the nurses are incredible, my PA literally and figuratively held my hand during this whole process, the anesthesiologist was a doctor (not a nurse) and he was amazing, Dr. Marcadis is a literal genius with his work and if you got this far in the review please just do yourself a favor and go to this office for any of your plastic surgery needs. They're the best. Period.

I spent the last year going to multiple surgical consults in the surrounding Tampa area. I am a medical professional and am very selective when it comes to my results and medical care that I will receive. I chose Dr. Marcadis and his staff for my breast lift procedure. The results are astounding. Everything from pre-op, intra-op to post-op was exceptional. I highly recommend to do your research when it comes to plastic surgeons.

Breast Augmentation Patient - Amazing Results! Dr. Marcadis and his team are truly amazing. From the first appointment throughout the procedure and post operation appointments, him and his team were patient, kind, realistic, and very compassionate. The BEST of all is that the results were even better that I could have imagined. I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with the results as well as the treatment I received with the group.

I can not say enough good things about this practice. First impression the office was very clean, well organized and I was greeted with friendly smiles from the whole staff. This was my 2nd breast augmentation consult and after the first one from a previous doctor I was left rethinking my whole decision because of how bad the experience was. After my initial visit with Dr. Marcadis I came out more knowledgeable and I had done heavy research on the subject prior and he answered all my questions and more! His goal is to make sure you are fully aware of the risk involved which says a lot about a doctor and leaves you knowing hes not just trying to get money off of you. As for my surgery, I was able to get in super quick due to a cancellation so i went for my pre-op the next week and surgery 2 weeks after that. I only had to take one week off from work and now I am a little over 2 weeks post opt and doing everything i was doing before even going to the gym! I am thrilled with my result and the staff was caring and with me every step through the process. Would recommend to anyone if you are looking for a honest doctor and staff that are highly skilled and qualified!

Dr. Marcadis performed a breast lift with implants on Tuesday and already the results are nothing short of amazing! I had very minimal pain on the first day immediately after surgery then absolutely nothing thereafter. Dr. Marcadis took his time on every visit to answer my questions, his staff was incredible and the state of art surgery center right in his office made the procedure so easy! Thank you Dr. M for everything!!!

The staff and doctor were amazing. From consultation on I felt at ease and knew I was in the right hands. They take the time with you and listen to your concerns and make sure you are on the same page. I'm just 3 days out of a explant...he was able to remove implants and all my capsule tissue and breast lift and can't believe how good I look already. Cannot thank them enough.

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Marcadis just yesterday and I feel amazing! They already look so great and I have very minimal pain. He was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was super nervous, but he and his staff really put my mind at ease. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!

My primary doctor referred Dr Marcadis for my breast revision surgery. Needless to say I was nervous; however, Dr Marcadis, Sherri and the entire staff put me completely at ease. They make you feel as though you are their only patient - completely attentive from beginning to end. They even spoiled my mother while I was in surgery to make the wait less stressful. Their follow up/after care is second to none. And I love my results!

I was a small B cup before kids and after breastfeeding I went down to an AA cup. I also had 2 breast lumpectomies in my right breast prior to children and once my milk came in it all became trapped under my armpit. This caused my left breast to stretch out more and created asymmetry. Real Self was a huge help in seeing what sizes people with similar stats were getting. Hopefully I can do the same for someone else. My main goal was to be able to wear a sports bra and have size and volume. I honestly hate underwire bras so unless it's for an occasion or date night, I would prefer not to wear them. Not that they aren't pretty but I'm all about comfort. The surgery itself went quickly and my recovery wasn't bad at all. I am now 3 weeks out and my incisions are almost completely invisible. I'm guessing I'll be a 32C but haven't gotten measured yet. Updated on 3 Dec 2016: They've definitely softened quite a bit. Updated on 6 Dec 2016: Surgery was 4 weeks ago today. This is a bathing suit top that I used to wear before surgery and could never fill out. Updated on 20 Dec 2016: Size small bralette from VS. Need to go get sized this week I think I'm completely done d&f'ing. Updated on 21 Dec 2016: Finally got measured today. 32C which is exactly what I figured and hoped! Updated on 5 Jan 2017: I'm starting to worry that I went too big for my frame. I got re-sized on Monday and they said I'm right between a D and a DD. That's not what I was wanting! Full C was what i wanted.

Highly recommend Dr. Marcadis. I had a full abdominoplasty in April 2016 and so very thrilled with results!! Dr Marcadis and his staff are exceptional. They explained the whole process very thoroughly and answered all my questions. The results have been amazing and I know that full results could take up to year but I am looking Fantastic! Never a doubt in my mind that I choose the best and He is the Top Skilled Surgeon in Tampa bay area. I feel like family when I'm in his office and have gone back for other services.
