I just wanted to share my results to help other women in their decision making process. This procedure is painless. I did not even have to take a Tylenol after. My double chin bothered me for way too long!

I wanted a brow lift to the outer end of my brows because they were sagging below my brow bone. The lift procedure lifted them just a few millimeters but just enough to put them back where they belong! My eyes look instantly refreshed and it also helped with my forehead lines. Totally worth it. The incisions are hidden in my hairline. I have no cons to add to this procedure. Dr Dominic is a perfectionist and has an eye for detail. He is unmatched in my opinion. He and the staff at Elite go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. I have obstructive sleep apnea due to having deviated septum. So the surgery was not only to affect my quality of life but also enhance the appearance since I had to be healing from the surgery that was needed, I figure why not have it tweeted. My health insurance covered the entire septoplasty portion and I was only out for the rhinoplasty portion. I am very thankful and hope that my sleep apnea test shows that my obstructive airway was repaired. I recommend Dr. Castellano and Florida ENT offices.

I took the recommendation of a close friend. She had gone to Dr. Dominic Castellano for a nose job & told me many wonderful things about him. When I asked details she was very specific. After meeting with Dr. Castellano the first time for a consultation, I knew he was the doctor I was using. My friend was 100% correct on her descriptions. His bed side manors and extensive before, during and after patient care is outstanding! Dr. Castellano's staff & PA (Vimarie) went over and above to ensure that I was well cared for. His fine details made for an absolutely perfect end result.

I had laser resurfacing with a mini neck lift. Dr. Castellano is not only an extremely skilled surgeon, he truly cares that you are healing and are completely satisfied. Lisa, his nurse, can easily become your good friend. They both have such integrity and warmth. As an older woman, I have to admit I became quite anxious and at times overwhelmed. They ALWAYS were ready to assure me everything was healing accordingly and to NEVER hesitate to ask questions. I would recommend him and his staff unequivocally! Thank you all.

Great. The staff really explained the procedure and prepared my prior to the surgery. They provided excellent follow-up and really made me feel comfortable. My eyes don't look tired anymore and I have received compliments from complete strangers on what beautiful eyes I have. I feel twenty years younger!

My ears have stuck out my entire life. I was teased mercilessly in school, and finally as an adult I was encouraged by friends to do something about my biggest insecurity that was a better solution than constantly brushing my hair over them. I was so scared to have my survery (I'm a total wuss when it comes to pain too), but it couldn't have been easier and more painless. The doctor was so nice, calm, and knowledgeable. He even gave me his cell number so I could text with questions or concerns after hours. My procedure was well done and totally worth it. At 28 years old I can finally wear my hair up.

Dr. Castellano and his staff are amazing. I had previously had some very unpleasant experiences with Botox/fillers with plastic surgeons in a different state, so when I moved to the Tampa area, I was quite nervous when deciding on a new PS, and there were so many to choose from. When doing my research, I found Dr. Castellano and I finally chose him for my consultation because his expertise is the face, he has good reviews, and has a lot of conservative options. I went for my consultation and when my husband and I walked in, the staff were so kind and considerate, not to mention gorgeous! After spending 5 minutes with Dr. Castelano, we knew we had made the right decision. We felt so comfortable, my husband loved the fact that he is very honest, conservative, will only do what he thinks is in your best interest, and will not do more than he thinks you need. Let me tell you he is an absolute genious with Botox and fillers, a true artist and master of his trade. He has completely restored my faith in the plastic surgery field and I will never let anyone else touch my face. Do not hesitate to make your appt with Dr. Castelano, you will be so happy you did. I had the full Imagelift with the Laser Resurfacing. My skin showed wrinkles on my cheeks, the skin under my chin was starting to droop and my jawline was sagging. I felt like I looked older than my age and preferred to look a few years younger! I did not want to look 40. I just wanted to be a better looking me! The pain was minimal. I only took the prescribed pain meds for the first day and a half. The swelling was greater than I anticipated, but did start to dramatically improve on the fifth day. On January 23rd 2015 Dr. Castellano performed a Septoplasty and turbinate reduction procedure. This was easily one of the best decisions I have made because I can finally breathe and it was a great experience. The procedure took 90 minutes and I suffered very little pain. Dr. Castellano was tremendous in diagnosing my problem and walking me through several ways I could help fix my breathing issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a sincere and extremely professional surgeon.
