Post-Pregnancy Procedures
Childbirth can take an extreme toll on a woman’s body. Some physical changes, such as abdominal separation and stretched skin, are impossible to reverse with exercise alone. The mommy makeover, a combination of procedures aimed at correcting these issues, can restore a woman’s body to its pre-pregnancy state, helping to restore confidence.
The mommy makeover is popular among my Miami patients for a number of reasons. Not only does it focus on abdominal issues, such as stubborn fat, separated abs, and excess skin; it also corrects breast changes, like volume loss and sagging. Procedures that may be part of a mommy makeover include liposuction, tummy tucks, breast lifts, and breast augmentation, as well as other surgical and nonsurgical treatments for the face and body. During your consultation, we will discuss your concerns and goals, and create a customized surgical plan just for you.
Fillers and Other Injectables
My Miami patients often ask me what sets me apart from other Botox injectors. Because I am a board-certified plastic surgeon with expertise in facial plastic surgery, I have a multidimensional understanding of anatomy that can only be obtained through years of this specialized experience. Specifically, have seen all of the muscles that we target with Botox and dermal fillers firsthand in the operating room. This unique experience allows me to provide my patients with a completely personalized plan, tailored to their anatomy.
During your consultation for Botox injectables or dermal fillers, I will begin with a careful assessment of the quality of your skin, as well as the level of volume loss. Treatment may consist of Botox and/or dermal fillers for the face, lip, or under-eye—or a combination. We will then design a treatment plan that is customized for you.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, Dr. Nathan earned his medical degree from the University of Miami. There, he was accepted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, which recognizes the top medical students in the country. He went on to complete his training for plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, where he became Chief Resident in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Nathan was also fellowship-trained in craniofacial surgery and trained in cosmetic facial surgery, including rhinoplasty, facelifts, and blepharoplasty.
Dr. Nathan is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and an inductee in the RealSelf 500 Hall of Fame.
