It would appear from your photos that you would be an excellent candidate for full tummy tuck, assuming you are not planning future pregnancies.

I am 39 years old 5‘,6“ tall and 145 pounds. I have one child who was born via C-section and was 10 pounds. I had thre consultations with three plastic surgeons and I am still second-guessin if I have enough skin for a full tummy tuck (instead of a umbilical float or a mini which I’m not interested in). I think I need full TT (understanding I may require a small vertical incision). The pictures provided are from the morning to evening. By 1 PM I generally look like I’m pregnant. Thoughts?

It looks like you obtained an excellent initial result stable for at least six months. Recurrence of diastasis is not unheard of depending upon repair details and your exercise habits. You will need a hands on exam by your plastic surgeon to determine the potential fix. Unusual result.

I am about a 1 year post op from a full tummy tuck with muscle repair. Everything was great up until about 6 months post op. Then I started to notice a lower bulge that was constant. I eliminated dairy and restricted carbs to see if that was the answer but it's not. I was petite to begin with and basically had the muscle repair for a little loose skin and really for my diastasis. 5'6 and 118lbs. I don't think my MR has failed per say but could this be overly loosening of muscle repair? Pics!

Based on your photos, you are an excellent candidate for breast implant augmentation. No lift is required to achieve an excellent result. The size of the implant will depend on your desired outcome. A full in person consult is required for details so that you all the necessary information to make decisions guided by your plastic surgeon.

From your photos, it would appear that you are a good candidate for a routine Anchor pattern breast lift. I believe that will give you the best short and long term result. Implants are not necessary unless you want a larger volume. The current volume you have appears to be quite sufficient for your size.

Female, 26y, 5’8”, 130lbs, oily + semi-sensitive skin. I have lower breast sagging, my nipples could be 1-2 inches higher, full bottom breast with no upper volume. I am interested in lifting my breasts about 1-2 inches. The fullness in my upper breasts are not my biggest priority. Please give me your recommendations! I am open to suggestion. Your breasts look much better than your ‘desired’ result. Please reassess before you embark on a surgical procedure that has some risks that come with your perceived benefits.

Would a smaller implant give me that look? I definitely hate the look of bolt ons, I like a natural sag and squish.

It will be a year on 9/3, so they're done dropping and fluffing at this point, correct? Will they ever be even? I know they're sisters not twins but they look so different! Why do they seem deformed from most angles? Is it wrong to have expected better results? Am I being too OCD? I was told the crease is due to the lack of breast tissue and everything looks fine. Though, I can make the crease disappear temporarily if I massage them, but it doesn't last long. I'd love a second opinion, thanks!

The level of sedation and/or anesthesia for any procedure is a decision between the patient and his/her doctors and ranges between local anesthesia only to full general anesthesia with IV sedation in between. If you are uncomfortable with the options that your surgeon is offering, get another opinion.

Local anaesthetic and sedatives. My understanding is while having local anaesthetic one can request a sedative along with it to decrease pre op nerves. I had a consultation with a surgeon last week who stated they give a 10mg diazepam pre op. I had a spell recently of using diazepam frequently to help with anxiety related issues but built up quite a tolerance. I'm worried the 10mg diazepam would not be enough to relieve my pre op nerves. Can a patient who is paying £1000's request a stronger sedative prior to surgery? TIA

Just an observation. What is important is how YOU see yourself, partners can be transient. Your breasts appear perfectly normal. Size can be adjusted with implants if you desire bigger breasts. No lift is needed. Safest path to happiness may be change of partner, not breasts.

Is there a treatment to help tighten the skin/breasts so they don’t appear so flat while on my back. My partner has discussed feeling less attracted to them. While upright, they seem decently pert for an almost 37 year old. Please advise on my options.

Weight doesn’t have a lot to do with tummy tuck success. Just looking at your photos, you appear to be a good candidate. That said, more goes into a decision to proceed than just photos.

The presence of an upper abdominal chevron scar would pretty much rule out a traditional tummy tuck.&nbsp;&nbsp; it would be possible to do a reverse tummy tuck utilizing the current scar and pulling up instead of down. The results are pretty good although the scar remains in a visible area.&nbsp;&nbsp;

I had a benign tumor removed from my liver January 2016. I am a mother of 5 and am looking to get a tummy tuck. I've read/heard conflicting information in regards to being able to get a tummy tuck and what type with the scar that I have. I'm confused on the whole blood supply compromised thing I've heard. I just want a regular, nice tummy tuck without another crazy looking scar - possible?
