Each surgery focuses on a certain issue, and some can be combined for maximum results. A breast augmentation increases the size of the breasts with implants. Candidates include new moms who have experienced volume loss after having children or breastfeeding; patients who’ve lost a significant amount of weight; as well as those who simply wish to have bigger breasts. Breast lifts are a good option for those who desire perkier breasts. A lift can be combined with a breast augmentation if the goal is to also have bigger breasts or an improved shape. When these surgeries are done together, cost and downtime are usually less than if they are performed separately. I also offer breast reduction and revision breast surgery. Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping

As the central feature of the face, your nose is often the first thing someone notices about you. There are a variety of reasons people aren’t happy with their nose, most of which can be addressed with rhinoplasty. I am one of the most skilled rhinoplasty surgeons in my field, and it’s one of the primary procedures I perform for patients in the Orlando area. I also offer revision rhinoplasty for patients who are unhappy with the results of a past surgery. I’m known for my expertise with closed rhinoplasty, or endonasal rhinoplasty. In fact, I am opposed to open rhinoplasty, which requires cutting the tissue between the nostrils. A closed rhinoplasty, in which the surgical incisions are made inside the nose, produces the most elegant, natural-looking result, with no visible scarring. This technique also results in less swelling and less recovery time.
