Best experience with a doctor I have every had. He really cares about everyone in his office including his staff. Great person and his office staff is wonderful. He doesn't hide in his office like normal doctors, he is out and about and answers all your questions personally if need be.

Dr. Serrao is an amazing and empathetic doctor. His practice and his women's rejuvenation center provide excellent service. Dr. Serrao takes the time to work with you to meet your goals. He and his staff patiently listen to your needs and provide options and details to procedures that are realistic and comprehensive. For my breast augmentation, he was available even by phone prior to the procedure to answer any questions. After my procedures, he and his staff was very attentive to my recovery. Any questions I had were answered during my visits and by phone. I recovered amazingly well with no issues and was able to continue my normal activities, as he promised, within the time specified. All effort was made by Dr. Serrao to make sure I was ready mentally and physically for my procedures. Dr. Serrao listens earnestly to your concerns and offers meaningful advice. I would recommend his practice to anyone looking for an empathetic and professional gynecologist and a center dedicated to all womens' needs!

Great Doctor!! It was my first time going to him. I was extremely nervous about getting fillers. Excellent bedside manner. Took his time and explained everything thoroughly. I never felt a thing. Highly recommended.

My wait to see the Dr. was less than 2 minutes. No one else was in the waiting area and it appeared recently cleaned. Dr. Serrao’s warm and welcoming. He is friendly and genuinely concerned about your wellbeing. Visits never feel rushed or like you don’t have a chance to discuss all of your issues or thoughts. I truly appreciate his time, compassion and expertise.

I am 6 months post-surgery from a full tummy tuck with moderate liposuction performed with great skill by Dr. E. John Serrao, MD. Dr. Serrao and his whole staff are amazing and I am so glad I chose to have the surgery performed by him at Serrao Rejuvination Center. After two pregnancies, I had a definite mommy pooch making me look like I was about four months pregnant. I was tired of looking pregnant and having to fit myself into clothes to disguise my pooch. Dr. Serrao confirmed I had diastisus recti. He walked me through all steps of the surgery and answered all questions I had. Dr. Serrao has a fantastic bedside manner and each time I see him, he treats me just like a friend. His office is lovely and calming. Each staff member, especially Larisa and Angelica are amazing! If you are considering doctors in the Orlando area, I cannot recommend Dr. Serrao enough. As for the surgery and the results... surgery recovery is HARD. You need to expect that. But if you follow instructions and plan for it, you will get thriugh it, and the surgery is worth it. At least it has been for me. I am halfway to what everyone says is the full recovery time of a year. My stomach looks great. It is flat and nicely contoured. I can wear the clothes I want to wear. I no longer look pregnant. I feel confident and good. I am back to doing all the yoga poses I could do before surgery. The only thing that is not back to normal yet is my scar. I am holding off on judgment about the scar until I allow it the full healing time... a year or more. But it is okay. I use a scar cream Dr. Serrao referred me to and I think it is helping make the scar line smoother and flatter. However, right now it is still very red. But I am taking care of it, keeping it out of the sun, and waiting for more time to pass. So in the meantime, although my stomach is flat enough to rock a bikini, I am wearing cute one pieces to hide and protect the scar. If you have this surgery, be realistic about both the anticipated results as well as the recovery period. I was walking bent over for five to six weeks. I took the weeks off from work the week of the surgery, and I was very fortunate that I could work from home for three weeks post-surgery. But even after that, I went back to work walking hunched over. I slept in a recliner for four weeks, and I still feel tight when I stand fully upright with straight posture. But something that is worth doing is usually not easy, so if you have thought long and hard about a tummy tuck and the benefit it could have for your self-image, I say go for it, but go in with you eyes open and with a great doctor, like Dr. Serrao, to help you through the process.

I love this office so much because they took the time to sit and talk with me about what I wanted and they helped guide me vs. forcing me into options/sizing that wasn’t fit for my body. Dr. Serrao has such a great eye to help obtain the natural look. I will come here for all future needs because they make me feel so comfortable.

I recently turned 50 and have always eaten organically (with no sugar and few carbs) and was always very athletic. However, once I went through menopause I developed a stomach and was miserable. Nothing fit- and despite my nearly perfect diet and regular exercise I could not lose weight. I went to Dr. Serrao after researching literally hundreds of doctors (in many states). He and his entire staff are INCREDIBLE!!!!! I had the water assisted liposuction in October and the results are astounding. All of my clothes fit and I feel fantastic! Dr. Serrao is a true gentleman and a gifted doctor. I felt so comfortable with his gentle, patient nature. He genuinely cares about his patients. He talks calmly and does not rush you. What I also liked was that his wife Larissa is very down to earth, goes above and beyond (like working hard to schedule me as I had a limited time frame because I had come from another state). They also do not sugar coat anything. Dr. Serrao and Larissa told me what to expect (like possible bruising, etc.) I have had no complications at all- except that I can now wear a bikini and look great in it. I am so happy I had this done. This entire staff- from the receptionist to the nurses are wonderful. Everyone treats you like you are family. I cannot say enough about this office!!!!!!!!!!
