Other medical facilities should be taking notes from Ocala Plastic Surgery. Dr. Nijher has the best bedside manner and has a way of making you feel extremely comfortable and to ask questions. Dr Nijher is a really kind doctor, he made me feel completely comfortable with my decision to remove my implants . Never tried to talk me into having any other procedures done. I had my implants for almost 20 years and was just over the large breast I feel they were making me look heavier than what I was. They were 275 saline textured breast implants. After the removal it was not a pretty sight but, you skin will shrink over time . I’m happy with the way I look now . Thank you
