I am 55 years old and have been fighting weight gain for 5 years. I wanted liposuction of the abdomen along with a scar revision. I worked out every day and nothing would get rid of the fat around my stomach. I had a consultation with Dr Gulin and I was excited by the end to go through this procedure with him and his staff. I was walked through a sure-handed, organized office and the procedure of what was to come. He made everything easy along with his fabulous staff. They were always smiling and very helpful! I am on day 4 and feel really well. The changes are amazing and will get even better. Dr Gulin also used the fat to help my face look younger. Again immediate results. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pride in the results of the patient. He and his nurse stayed with me in recovery to be sure I was doing well for as long as it took. I felt in great hands and I am thrilled I did it because this experience was professional and effective. I cannot say enough about the ladies in the office and all their attention I was given. I highly recommend Dr. Gulin and staff as it was made as easy as possible for me.

Dr.Gulin and staff are truly amazing! I had a mini facelift and love the results. He is a very talented surgeon. I had a similar procedure a few years ago from another doctor with disastrous results. He fixed the problems I had and I can't believe how great I look. Great care before ,during and after surgery. Highly recommended.

Dr. Gulin is very knowledgeable and professional! He was available 24/7 after my procedure. His staff is also very pleasant and did not hesitate to help me! I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Aging had caused my upper arms to sag. It was unattractive and I stopped wearing sleeveless clothing which;in hot weather became uncomfortable. I became very self conscious of this and even found it unpleasant to go to the beach. I realize that this may seem trivial to some people however; for me it became a problem and I was lucky enough to find some help

What a wonderful Dr and staff. Dr Gulin is certainly a perfectionist. He is very warm , friendly and very caring. This is also true with entire staff. You are well instructed prior to your procedure of what to expect. You are encouraged to call any time. I called him on a Sunday and he called back in 10 minutes, He truly look years off my face yet I still look like myself. I would highly recommend.

Over the years my sagging neckline caused me to stop being photographed and generally chipped away at my self confidence. I knew of Dr. Gulin's excellent reputation in the Northeast and when we moved to Florida I sought him out for a consultation. The surgery he performed on my neck gave me the jawline I use to have and made me look at least 10 years younger. Not only is he an extraordinarily gifted surgeon, he reminds me of an artist who settles for nothing less than perfection. His entire staff helped me through the process and I cannot thank him and them enough. My only regret is I didn't do this sooner.

I have lived with acne scars on my cheeks, as well as a great deal of hyperpigmentation. I have had many chemical peels and microdermabrasion treatments, but nothing did a good job of getting rid of it all. I had been to Dr Gulin to receive Kybella treatments for the fat in my neck and he mentioned that laser would do a good job of correcting my issues. Once the time was right, I set up my appointment to have the Smart Skin CO2 Laser treatment done. It has been 14 days since my treatment and I couldn't be happier! My skin hasn't looked this smooth and even since I was probably 10 years old! I have a small amount of sun spots around my eyes that we will get on my 2nd treatment, as well as a few stubborn acne scars that are almost gone. Other than that, my skin is perfect! For those of you who might be wondering , "How painful is the procedure and how bad is the downtime?" The first few hours afterwards we quite uncomfortable. You just need to keep a ziploc bag of ice cold water sitting on your face as well as a good strong fan blowing on you. but after say three hours, the stinging ended. And after that I just keep my face slathered in Coconut Oil and Aquaphor. It took six days of sloughing and my new skin was exposed! It is now day 14 and my cheeks and forehead are a little pink. (Which makes me happy! That means that my skin is still making new collagen... gotta love that!)

In my opinion Dr. Gulin is without exception the most knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate plastic surgeon. After 5 years of suffering from what can only be described as disfigurement caused by the hands of another plastic surgeon, he did what other doctors said was impossible and restored my face. His staff was warm, welcoming and professional. Ina, Michelle, Ruth, Ashley and the rest of his team are exceptional.

I was tired of my arms shaking and cld not wear short or sleeveless tops. tHis produce was not painful and my recovery was minimal. lIving in Florida this makes it very difficult. To wear only tops with sleeves, now I can wear whatever I want and receive many compliments on how great my arms look vEry Happy with this procedure. For many years I had these eye-sacs (bags) under my eyes, also the eyelids were hanging over my eyes more and more. When I smiled my eyes were very almond shaped and I did not like way I looked in photographs. Finally at this point in my life I decided to have this eyelid and eye sac surgery. I trust no ne but Dr. Gulin. I can't 'Thank' him enough for the beautiful job he did with my surgery. You are a master surgeon combined with your kindness is a rare find.
