The best botox and fillers in Naples. She really takes care for details. She's a perfectionalist. And her staff is very kind. I was recommended by some of my friends from Naples and they said i must try this Doctor in Naples she is the best. I felt very welcome when I arrived and the pain was not too bad because they use the numbing cream and the girl that put it on was so gentle.

I have been to many others and wasted my time and money. Dr. Fox and her staff were patient, professional and kind. Dr Fox is a sculptor and I have never been happier w my results. If you want the best, go to her bc she’s th best.

If I hadn't met Dr. Fox I probably would not have had a face lift. I had almost no pain afterwards I received follow up calls to check up on me and have been seen many times after the procedure to make sure the healing process is on track. I'm one of those people who have been taken care of by Dr. Elizabeth Fox for over ten years and this is my first review. What made me write this is that I finally admitted to my golfing ladies that I had a little help with my face, stomach, and yes even chest.I always got lots of compliments and never wanted to let them know I was cheating. Well, that all changed because when a few of my girlfriends went to Dr Fox for a sundry things face, arms , tummy, fillers. I saw first hand what an amazing impact it was on their happiness. I felt the giver of Joy! It seems we all have a kick in our step, we feel beautiful and happy. Each looking better totally natural and lovely. So I decided to spread the joy. If you ever want any plastic surgery really Dr. Elizabeth Fox is good at everything. Then do your life a favor and meet her. You will understand then what you can be. Feeling good about yourself as you age is priceless.

I am no stranger to plastic surgery. As a matter of a fact I am quite experienced. I have had surgery from head to toe and not because I'm vain just because I have bad genes. Well most of the time I never expected perfection. When I had surgery on my nose in Ohio two years ago it was imperfect. When I did my tummy tuck the surgeon in Chicago left extra skin at the ends of the incision So when I came to Dr Fox for a facelift I still thought maybe I wouldn't have perfection. Well, I had to write a review Because..... Not only did my facelift look great! She also asked if she could put a little fat injection (no charge) on my nose area that was crooked and I can't believe it looks straight now. Amazing. And my extra skin the other surgeon left is gone from my tummy tuck. Now expecting my facelift to be good is one thing. But making my other surgeries look great is another. I'm impressed and very thankful !! She is the best. So happy.

Had a wonderful experience getting some unwanted lines filled in on my face using Radiesse. Dr. Fox is so talented and knows exactly how to make unwanted lines disappear. She explained the procedure beforehand and it turned out just as I wanted! Thank you Dr. Fox!

I went to Dr Fox a year ago for her waist cinching tummy tuck. But this last spring when I went to a garden event I didn't realize how good I looked until I tried on the dress I wore the year before. My waist was so loose on a previously tight dress. So, I wanted to share my happiness with other women. A tummy tuck should not only reduce the extra skin and fat (I had hip lipo at the same time and dropped two pants sizes), but it's the tightening that is the key I believe. My posture, my lower back strength, my feeling of being tight makes me feel actually healthier. The tummy tuck didn't hurt like I expected. I was driving at a week. The overnight stay was a joy and the contact with Dr Fox and her nurses was very comforting. I think most women need tummy tucks and they should be done the way she does them. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient with Dr. Fox for almost ten years. I should have been writing reviews each time I was happy. But let's face it. When we are happy we just enjoy the results. I started out doing fillers when my cheeks and lines around my mouth were getting stronger. I went to someone before Dr. Fox but thought I didn't look like myself. Then on a consult for something else Dr. Fox pointed out what the other person did on my face that wasn't exactly natural. A nurse from another plastic surgeons office had done a filler 4 months earlier. I agreed for her to fix the previous filler and not only did I look more natural but my mouth wasn't turned down, my jowls weren't as obvious, and frankly I looked younger and it didn't look like I had fillers. Well years passed and of course knowing her eye I went ahead and did a facelift with her and a tummy at the same time. My results exceeded my expectations. And I feel so amazing. So glad I started this journey with her because I believe if I never met her I wouldn't have had any facelift and that would have been a shame. So I wholey and entirely recommend Dr Elizabeth Fox. My tummy tuck tightening lost me 17 pounds after surgery too!!!
