Mild scoliosis should not be a contraindication for a tummy tuck lipo in a healthy patient. However sometimes patients feel their scoliosis becomes more noticeable afterwards due to narrower waist line after the tummy tuck.&nbsp;

Im 23 years old 145 work out 3x a week stubborn belly fat after giving birtn with alot of stretch marks also i have scoliosis and I want to receive lipo section and a tummy tuck In the same day is this possible is it a bad idea to have a tummy tuck with scoliosis!

How Much Does Rhinoplasty Cost?

Morbid obesity puts you at very high risk for post operative complications. Also a tummy tuck would not address your base line problem and you would not obtain a desirable result. You should seek evaluation by medical nutritionist and/or a bariatric surgeon. &nbsp;Once you loss weight and reach a stable weight you may consider evaluation for a tummy tuck or another surgical procedure that might address areas of redundant skin.

I had my first and only child almost 10 yrs ago. As a result I ended up with a umbilical and incision hernia. I also have PCOS and have to take 2x 5mg Norethindrone every night before bed or I have unbearable pain and extreme heavy bleeding. I weigh around 350 lbs and my hernias &amp; weight combined with my PCOS make it hard to lose my weight but I am tired of being overweight and I have done everything and hardly anything comes off when I diet and I need to be healthy for my family and myself.

I am concerned that you mentioned that you can't keep your mouth closed while at rest, so its important that you get evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon who can help you determine, if you would beneficit from orthognactic surgery , in which your mandible or upper maxilla are moved forward to improve your occlusion and facial symmetry .

1. I have an unbalanced face. Seems to be tilted to one side (left side of nose, lips) 2. The area under my lower lips is protruded, as well as "walnut" in the chin area when I close my mouth. A bit of teeth shows when I close my lips naturally. I think that all has to do with the fact that I have no chin. I'm guessing it's related to a fact that I have had an open mouth (I can't close my mouth without meaning to do so; constantly have to worry about keeping my mouth closed in daily life)

In seen the pictures you submitted, there is evidence of progressive signs of devascularization. I recently had a breast augmentation and made a large jump from 300ccs to 875ccs. Two weeks after my surgery I developed a discolored area underneath my right breast. I have seen a dermatologist who said the tissue was necrotic, but necrosis normally sets in 2-3 days after surgery. I'm very worried.

If you notice a bulge or mass on a abdominal scar you should be evaluated for a hernia, specially if you are considering pregnancy. Isolated scars should not be a problem. &nbsp;After you are done with childbearing you can consider an abdominoplasty and may be able to have your scar partially or completely removed depending on your skin laxity and excess.

I have had this scar since I was an infant, unfortunately, due to being born premature and having multiple surgeries. I had a large portion of my intestines removed and that's where the 4 inch scar above my belly button comes into play. I don't care about the way it looks, I just want it removed because I'm afraid that the all that scar tissue built up from the surgeries healed in a bad way, and will prevent me from growing a baby. My fiance and I do want kids soon in the future. Can you help?

Although your breast implants are pretty strong , they are not indistructable. By 2 months when you are fully healed, you should be able to lead a normal life without any restrictions. I work in a busy trauma center and seen many injured patients with breast augmentations and never seen acute implant ruptured
