Rafael Gottenger, MD

Dr Gottenger is a great doctor and human being. I had breast reconstruction with Dr Gottenger and before the surgery, he listened to me, and any ideas I had for my reconstruction. He showed me a lot of empathy and as a cancer survivor I felt like he was really there for me and reassured me of all my worries. His work is amazing, and my breast reconstruction came out beautiful, almost as if I never had a mastectomy. I can’t recommend him and his office staff enough and I thank them for everything.

Me siento muy contenta con mi cirujano y los resultados. El Dr Rafael es un cirujano adriestrado con las mejores destrezas y años de experienza requeridas para crear buenos resultados. Encontrè al Dr. Rafael luego de preguntarle a mi cirujano de mas de 20 años de experiencia por alguien con destrezas excepcionales que me pudiera operar en E.U. Mi primera consulta con el Dr. Rafael fue virtual y, a través de nuestra primera converzación me di cuenta de su expertise. Dr. Rafael es muy acertivo en sus respuestas y preguntas durante las consultas porque tiene vasta experiencia. Él no fue mi primera opción ya que revisè recomendaciones de amistades y busquè doctores locales, NINGUNO acertivo como Dr. Rafael. Otros cirujanos se declararon incapaces de crear los resultados que yo estaba buscando. Dr. Gottenger tuvo la deztreza de cambiar mis implantes de busto de 15 años a unos mitad del tamaño junto con una maxtopesia. Yo nesecitaba cambiar los implantes y deseaba reducir el tamaño del busto lo mas posible. Ademas, redujo el tamaño de mi aereola. Tuvo ojo estético al tomar la decisión del tamaño de implante que más me convino. El resultado es muy delicado, toda una obra de arte. Hasta mi madre considera que me veo mas joven... Dr. Rafael es experto, esta certificado y tiene mucha práctica exitosa en el campo de la cirujía plástica. Ha ganado reconocimientos y aùn así sigue adiestrándose más. Es una persona que sabe escuchar y comunicar con el paciente. Su equipo en sala de cirujía esta comprometido con la exelencia y son expertos támbien. Apenas he sentido dolor luego de la cirugía. Luego de 7 días de operada me siento como nueva. Estoy mas que complacida. Mi cicatrización va muy bien. Pudiera recomendar a Dr. Rafael Gottenger a mi madre, hermana, amigas... sabiendo que estan en buenas manos. Soy muy afortunada de tenerlo como mi cirujano.

Omg you have no idea how many times I’ve gone to see Dr. Gottenger and I’ve failed to follow through because of other priorities. Well let me tell you I finally went to see him one last time and told him this is it. I am finally doing my breast lift with implants no looking back. You have no idea how much I regret not doing it before he gave me peace of mind and answered every single one of my questions although I know he was probably saying to himself oh this woman is crazy but no I’m not. I was finally determined and got scheduled for the next available appointment which was May 10th, 2024 the best Mother’s Day gift I gave myself and that Dr. Gottenger gave me feeling a little in pain but in awe with my results!!! To the point that I’ve already scheduled my tummy tuck with him in July and I know he will do just as amazing to give me back my confidence. Dr. Gottenger thank you so much for everything your staff that I bugged so much Joyce, Barbara, Yanela, and I’m sorry if I’ve missed any of you but you all rock and see you guys really soon thank you so very much!!!

I love Dr. Gottenger and his team. I had mastectomy and a long journey to reconstruction and couldn't ask for anyone better. He takes the time to address all my questions and concerns. He explained the plan of action with honest pros and cons. Respect my sense of beauty and esthetic and have been extremely supportive on this tough journey that I am walking through. Tengo apenas 2 meses de operada y estoy muy contenta con mis resultados. El doctor explica todo muy bien y su personal es muy amable. Los masajes linfaticos post operatorios espectaculares. Lo recomiendo 100% I have only 2 months of surgery and I am very happy with my results. The doctor explains everything very well and his staff is very friendly. The post-operative lymphatic massages are spectacular. I recommend him 100%

I went to Dr Gottenger for a wrinkle filler treatment. It was excellent and the results were outstanding. I am so happy with the way I look, so natural. I have had surgery with Dr Gottenger in the past, and I can, with no hesitation, state that he is an excellent plastic surgeon. His office is very beautiful and his staff is very attentive and responsive.
