Post-Pregnancy Procedures
Mommy makeovers are the most gratifying procedure I perform because I get to see first hand a patient get her body back. In fact, more commonly we are able to create a shape a patient did not have even had prior to having children.
Having children can really change the way a patient feels about themselves and while it is awesome to be a mother feeling like having a mother’s body can sometimes erode confidence and take away from the joy of life. Having a mommy makeover, whether it is a breast augmentation and liposuction, or a breast lift with an implant and a tummy tuck can truly change one’s life—being part of that is an awesome feeling.
Breast Surgery
I perform a high volume of breast surgery each year and am very proud of my results. You don’t become a breast expert overnight, it requires years, and many surgeries to master the craft. I think what sets me apart is my ability to see every patient’s breast differently, and then use my experience to create the best possible shape for every breast for every patient. Breast enhancement is more then just picking out an implant size, it is about shaping the breast and ending up with a full, beautiful, pretty breast.
I perform breast augmentations, breast lifts with and without implants, breast reductions and correction of tuberous breasts. I also correct problems with previous breast surgeries including re-droop, capsular contracture, implant malposition, symmastia and implant rupture.
Hip & Butt Enhancement
For me a BBL has to look natural. Volume increases are of course part of the operation, but just getting a bigger buttock should not be the main reasoning for having a BBL—it’s about the shape. I believe when all is said and done you have to end up with a really pretty and natural shape and have a butt that is full. I don’t only focus on the buttock when I perform a BBL, but also narrow the waist and graft fat to the hips to accentuate the female shape. This is all about removing fat from one area and adding it to another to get the perfect balance between waist, buttocks and hips. Placing fat without considering this overall shape yields unnatural results.
In the early days of BBL we thought injecting fat in the muscle was a good thing, but now with experience we know the safest way to inject is to stay away from the muscle.
