Dr Z. is the GOAT. I’m a guy and had neck liposuction done with him, and it basically healed within 1 week. Amazing results with absolutely no pain — not even right after the procedure. He does the surgery in an OR suite in his office (which is like hospital grade), and it’s great because you’re basically the only person there. There’s also an entire team of dedicated nurses making sure everything goes well, who are also all extremely nice. This was also my first cosmetic procedure, and Dr. Z was amazingly nice and comforting. He explained everything in detail, and made me feel really safe. He also owns Hydrology wellness right next door, and I got some lymphatic massages with them to help with the healing, and WOW — they were fantastic. No pain, and the swelling went down drastically. When it comes to pricing, it was surprisingly inexpensive for a quadruple board certified surgeon in Miami (I also think he does discounts sometimes, so you should check his website or Instagram to see if one’s going on). Could not recommend him more, and if you’re on the fence about getting something done, I get the fear, but man was it worth it.

All the fantastic reviews are well deserved. If you want fantastic bodywork Dr Z is the perfect fit. He is a perfectionist and knows how to shape a woman's body. The nurses and support staff are friendly, kind and professional.

My Husband and I thoroughly researched the Doctor we would entrust my procedures. We were very confident in the selection of Dr. Z. due to his accreditations and experience. On 2023 I had a Mommy Makeover with breast implants and lift. I have been so happy, I couldn’t have asked for better results. My incisions are clean and well done. I went in with and idea of implants size but Dr. Z recommended a smaller size to what I had in mind based on my figure. I am so happy with his recommendation because it turned out perfect. My waist is back to the size I had before children (I feel snatched) I felt safe and everyone went without complications. Fast forward to 2025 I went back to Dr. Z because I wanted to fulfill my dream of having a BBL, at 126lbs I didn’t think it would be possible but Dr Z saw potential and performed his magic. I had Lipo360 with fat transfer to the buttocks. I didn’t think my results would be very noticeable because of my small size but I was wrong. I love my results, he managed to extract enough fat even from my belly and when I thought mu stomach couldn’t get any flatter Dr. Z gave me a flatter stomach, smaller waist and more projection on the buttocks. I am so satisfied with the results. Did I mentioned I am 55 yrs old? I feel like I have the body of 30 year old. My experience was pleasant from intake to Anesthesia, to recovery and post-op. He did J Plasma and I believe that also helped me with great results. Thank you Dr. Z. You are the best!

Im one month post op from TT, BA, Flank & Chin Lipo as well as botox & lip filler. I could write pages about my experience with DrZ and his team. My entire experience from pre op through to post op was nothing short of phenomenal. DrZs work is flawless. Exceptional team and facilities from the office are to Hydrology. Everyone was knowledgeable, informative, easy to reach, quick to reply and skilled at their jobs. Ive said before and i stand on this, DrZ has built a winning team. Dr. Zuri came up on several national sites for his accreditations and his website showed he had experience working with many different body types. I was happy to learn he used Exparel, which reduced the need for post op narcotics, and Prevena which is the leading wound management system now being used in complex surgeries. I got a detailed virtual consult and quote back within two days. His office patiently answered all of my many questions. I booked my stay in Miami at the Thesis hotel, booked a private nursing service for three days and booked my post op massages at Hydrology Spa. I was able to travel back home a week later. My recovery in Miami was so peaceful without the distraction of housework and kids - my only regret is I didn't get to stay a few more days! His team is extremely professional, the Anesthesiologist did an incredibly detailed consult which helped soothe any concerns before surgery. I am also really impressed with the caliber and professionalism of his nursing staff - his team shows great empathy and expertise to really feel like you are in safe hands. I loved that whoever I spoke with showed consistently professional and well informed guidance. What I really appreciated was Dr. Zuri does what looks best for YOUR body and will support an approach that can match your goals. I am just two weeks post op but already loving my results!

I had a BBL done in 2023 and the dr was very kind and attentive. I am very happy with my results. They are very natural. If you are petite like me you might need a 2nd round if you want a “big” difference. My only complaint was that i had to wait a couple of hours for my surgery when i came for my surgery date. I also didnt notice a big difference in my arm/armpit lipo but that may be because i added several additional lipo areas and they are only allowed to take 5 L of fat legally.

Dr. Z and his team are a class act! I found Zuri Plastic Surgery through the website RealSelf. What sold me on Dr. Z, as opposed to other surgeons I was considering, was a video I came across online, in which a woman stated she had researched 3 other plastic surgeons before she considered and chose Zuri Plastic Surgery. She was so impressed with Zuri Plastic Surgery that she decided not to investigate a fifth surgeon on her list of plastic surgeon candidates. As of this writing, I am 12 days post-op following a "mommy makeover" ("grandmommy makeover" in my case). Dr. Z has turned the clock back 30 years on my body! A rigorous exercise routine and a healthful diet and lifestyle were not enough to counteract the havoc that a 40-pound weight loss, age (67), and two pregnancies wreaked on my body. At 5'7" and 140 pounds, my toned body looked great in clothes. My imperfections were concealed! I had done all I could; I needed a skilled plastic surgeon to do the rest! Also, as an African American, I wanted to find a surgeon who had experience with brown skin (dark brown in my case). Dr. Z did not disappoint me!!! I can't imagine what my body will look like ultimately when the swelling is gone completely! Hell, I could live with what body looks like even now!!! I’m very pleased with the results. Dr Zuri is very professional. The written instruction for Pre-Op and Post-Op are very detailed that there is no need to call the nurse. Dr. Zuri really listens to you in reference to the expectations on your results and works to make them happen. Her Appoinment run as scheduled. Highly recommended.

Professional. Thorough. Kind. Efficient. The entire staff were lovely. Dr. Z is not only talented but he also has a very nice energy. Comforting and kind. One reason I chose him was after YEARS of researching I realized he was literally one of probably 15 Dr.s I researched that have REAL pics. So many highly edited images out there it causes unrealistic expectations. What I also realized is when I saw other images of other women Dr Z had worked on... it was how their particular bodies were improved. We are all different before surgery this remains a fact after surgery as well. It isnt magic but its close. I started out with what has been considered a beautiful natural figure most of my life. Which I am very grateful for. A car accident and middle age happened and I wasn't able to weight train the same way. I am SO glad bc now I have this amazing starting point and when I am able to get back into the gym---LOOK OUT. haha. At almost 47 I have zero regrets. The process of healing and following post op instructions is not for the weak. It takes patience amd dedication. I'm finally at the 6.5 weeks post op mark but there is still healing to do and soreness etc. Again....its tedious but what is a few months for the body of a lifetime ;) ZERO regrets but be prepared and do your research. Dr. Zuriarrain was truly amazing!!! From the time of the first consultation, I was greeted by that warm smile of his and I found him to be a kind, empathetic and compassionate physician. He is extremely professional and his expertise and knowledge surpass that of the average physician. He takes the time to be thorough with explaining the procedure and answering any questions you may have. After I spoke to him about getting my labiaplasty, he gave me the peace of mind I needed to know with 100% certainty that I was in the best hands possible. I had lived in pain from my issue for over 10 years. The procedure itself went smoothly and I had very little discomfort. I have not felt any pain since the day of the procedure. I was literally back to work 4 days after. I feel truly blessed to have been in the hands of Dr. Z. He’s transformed me and I look forward to my new life!!
