Dr. Zuriarrain will hold an initial consultation where many things will be discussed. The first things he will wish to determine are is the new mother in good medical health, have they finished with their childbearing and do they have realistic expectations of what a mommy makeover can do for them. No surgical procedure will be the same for any two women when having a mommy makeover. The finer details and the steps of the procedure will be determined by the outcome of the prior consultations with Dr. Zuriarrain.

Dr. Z has spent years helping candidates understand all the steps of the breast enhancement process. During this initial consultation, the patient will undergo a thorough examination of the breasts. Candidates will discuss between this teardrop and round shape in their consultation, along with the size of implant they wish to have. Dr. Zuriarrain will discuss this and give his recommendations for a natural appearance. Any patient, who reconsiders on the size, will find out, they can choose an alternative size closer to their operation.
