After doing a ton of research for over 3 years, I decided to trust Dr Gallo with my aging face. I always knew that by age 60 I would need some help with natural facial gravity. I have been following Dr. Gallo on Instagram after he was very highly recommended to me by Keith Foulis and Dr. Bloom from the biostation in Delray Beach. From my first consultation with Dr, Gallo and his lovely nurse Tania Ramirez, I knew he was the one. I had my neck and lower face lift surgery on September 27th,.2023. On Wednesday October 4th, I was fully back to work. A month before my procedure, Dr. Gallo recommended several things to do and others to avoid making sure the surgery is safe and successful. I experienced the expected face swelling for the first 3 days following the procedure, after which it was a smooth recovery. Dr. Gallo insisted on seeing me every day for a week and then again every couple of weeks to make sure the healing process was moving along as expected. Dr. Gallo is very friendly, hospitable and caring. His practice is a state of the art facility located inside beautiful Midtown Miami. The staff is friendly and very professional. His ability and artistry to deliver a more youthful face that looks 100% natural is unmatched. I am 60 years old, and I own a personal training business. Not working out after surgery was the most painful part of the whole process! Other than that, I was never in any pain. The only discomfort was sleeping with my head elevated on 3 pillows for a couple of weeks. I decided not to use any painkillers provided to me by Dr Gallo because I didn’t need them. Every day is more exciting as I'm healing!! My jawline & neckline have become the Nefertiti I only dreamed of. It was a flawless experience from start to finish. I am grateful to Dr Gallo and his entire team.

Dr. Gallo is the most talented and caring plastic surgeon I've been to. Whether it's a non-invasive or invasive procedure, you feel totally cared for by him and his staff (especially Tania).He makes everything painless and the results are natural and never overdone. Their waiting rooms are very private and the facilities are immaculate. They have many patients but you'll feel like you're always the only one.

For my entire adult life I was self conscious that my right ear stuck out significantly more than my left. I finally decided it was time to get it fixed and met with Dr. Gallo. He was extremely comforting and calm about the procedure, which we decided would be done in office with just numbing the ear. The procedure took less than 20 minutes and was virtually painless. Aside from the bandage the first day, I have had very minimal pain and am looking forward to being able to wear my hair back and not feel self conscious about it! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Gallo and his staff! They are the best of the best.

Dr. Gallo is an amazing Doctor, person, human!!! I went to his office for treatment after a horrid face infection (not related to face work) Dr. Gallo has performed every single time with the outmost care, patience and yes.... love. I was very frustrated ; however, I always leave the office with my head high and He keeps treating the area patiently to obtain the best possible results. I have never felt so well cared for as I feel with Dr. Gallo. Adriana and Tania aré amazing ladies. The entire team is professional and caring. I trust them with my face!

I had injectable fillers done by Dr. Gallo and I'm very happy with my results. He's super personable and very very knowledgeable, a true professional. The office space is tastefully decorated and the staff is very nice. I highly recommend Dr. Gallo's practice.

Dr Gallo is an artist at his work. He is also an honest doctor who refuses to perform anything on you that is not needed. He is surrounded by a team of staff who are very warm and friendly. I have been going by him for years and I have never been disappointed.
