I have had several medical surgeries in the past, but this by far was the best. Everything from the welcoming friendly staff to a skilled down to earth doctor. Before and after the surgery they were quick to answer my questions. Couldn't ask for a better group of people.
What can I say about Dr. G, from my first visit, this Guy and all His staff in the lakeland office have been awesome. He goes above and beyond expected to create a comfortable environment for my procedure. I was more then pleased at my results and his work is the best Ive seem, being and RN i was concerned at what to expect but this guy and his staff took the time to explain exactly what i could expect and listened to my concerns and gave me exactly the results I requested, I would recommend him to anyone contemplating augmentation. I previously had implants that were 1100 cc. I was ready to have a more manageable boob size so I had them removed. This left me with a lot of skin and very little breast tissue. I did a lot of research and found a doctor to do my lift and implants. I was very clear that I wanted to have nice, perky boobs with upper pole fullness. Unfortunately I got the complete opposite. Instead I had small, saggy boobs with a lot of extra skin. I asked the doctor for a revision and he turned me away stating that h thought my boobs looked fine. He also said he was certain that I would be able to find another doctor that would do it for me. Not the answer I was looking for but I left his office and started researching new doctors. I met with Dr. Gerzenshtein and he made me feel like the outcome I was looking for was reasonable and it was something he could do. Before I scheduled my surgery I had 2 more consultations with Dr G just to make sure we were on the same page. He was very accommodating and reassured me each time. My first day out of surgery there was a huge difference from my past lift with implants. I still have a lot of healing but I'm excited to see the end result. Updated on 27 Mar 2024: I forgot to add photos. I’m still learning how the review process works. I will continue adding photos to document the healing process. Also, I’d like to add that all of the staff at Dr. G’s were friendly and helpful. Not sure how they put up with my 1000 questions ha ha! I would not hesitate to have future procedures with Dr. G. Updated on 2 Apr 2024: These are the before and after of my first lift with the other doctor before Dr G. These implant were 400 cc low profile. I have no idea why I was given low profile when I very specifically stated I wanted upper pole fullness. Low profile gives just the opposite. Updated on 10 Apr 2024: Had the tape removed today. I’m so happy with how the incisions look! Still more healing to do. Swelling is getting better and my breasts are starting to not feel as tight.
Dr. Gerzenshtein is the best! He spent time explaining options, procedures and what to expect. I’m very pleased with my results. Dr. G’s staff are also exceptional- knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all my questions! I highly recommend Dr. Gerzenschtein!!
I definitely recommend this doctor he is Beyond helpful and very honest. His office staff is very nice and professional. My implants are 9 years old and I was concerned about a rupture he ordered an MRI and said if that does not show a rupture he would just leave him alone and not change them
Before I booked a consultation with Dr. G. I had been to several other doctors and I was very disappointed until I went to Dr. G. I was so excited and ready to get my surgery done after that consultation. He was so informative and helpful, I felt so comfortable with everyone there. Great staff! From my consultation to surgery and post op. everyone was so amazing! I am extremely grateful and happy with my results!
I've spent countless hours looking over local surgeons until I got a personal referral to Dr. G. He listens and is very kind, his office staff makes you feel like you are the own personal friend. And the results are just WOW! I got a breast lift with augmentation. They are still relatively new and I am in complete awe with how they are healing and the incisions are great! He answers all your questions and his mannerisms make you feel at ease. I have worked as a nurse for almost 10 years and I've never had any hesitation with anything I have seen throughout the process. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. I will definitely consult him if I am needing any more procedures in the future!
I highly recommend Doctor G. Both he and his staff are the best in the business; healing after a breast augmentation took very little time and I was back doing normal tasks within just a few days. Every question you have will be answered throughly and never condescendingly and my scars are almost invisible at just two months!
