Doctor I was diagnosed with breast cancer on January of this year. I visited three plastic surgeons and I choose doctor Papanicolau to do the bilateral reconstruction because since day one he took the time to answer all my questions and/or concerns. He seems serious at first sight but, he is excellent professional, sweet and caring. In addition, I don’t have words to describe the personnel from that office. Mabel is very sweet and Angie is Awesome!!! I do not regret for a second to choose Dr. Papanicolau. He is awesome and I recommend him 100%.

Dr. Papanicolaou is great! I’ve had injectables done elsewhere, but he is by far the best! Previous injectors have left my lips bruised, but I walked out of his office with no bruises. He makes sure to take his time , makes sure you are properly numbed and iced , then starts and there is minimal pain. He will start conservative and let you see if you like it . He will touch up If necessary. Great experience !

Dr. Papanicolaou's confidence when he explains everything about what is best for you, the procedure, aftercare and everything in between put my mind at ease even for a first timer getting surgery! I felt no pain at all afterwards and everything is healing wonderfully!

Thanks to all the staff at Primera Surgical Center in Lake Mary! What an exception experience. I could not have hoped for more gentle loving care and professionalism. From the moment I entered the surgical center I was impressed by the calming, peaceful environment and was warmly welcomed. Special thanks to Dr. Doug Dezsell, my anesthesiologist for taking such time to sit and talk with me and to reassure that he would be present every minute of my procedure. I have never had an anesthesiologist do more than say hello before I "went under" in any of my previous surgeries. Dr. Dezsell was patient, kind, and put me at ease with a good sense of humor. Five Stars!!!

I had called the office on Friday wanting to get an appointment to get my first boots treatment at Tania the drink girl was amazing she did everything to get me in for an appointment and made me feel so comfortable since I was so scared. They had some great specials I ended getting more procedures then I had planned. I would recommend him to all my friends

Absolutely amazed... love my breast Dr pappinicalou is a perfectionist. . And I thank you for that. I went in wanting something that my body (frame, size, skin) wouldn't accommodate what I thought I wanted. Dr pappinicalou and his staff explained everything in detail and why I didn't and couldn't. I have been totally excited with my results.

I went to many consults trying to find the right surgeon for me. I am 19 yrs old an I was looking for a natural breast augmentation. After meeting with Dr. P and his staff all of my question and surgery was scheduled. After surgery I had no pain and got exactly what I wanted, I can wear tank tops with no bra, I feel great in bikinis and my new look has boosted my self confidence 100%. I was a very overweight person for over 10+ years, in 2011 I finally underwent a Gastric sleeve procedure after many unsuccessful attempts at dieting on my own and under the supervision of a doctor. I lost a large amount of weight which left me with a large amount of lower abdominal fat that hung over my pubic area which made me feel unattractive in my own skin. I had researched and decided to go where the procedure was cheap, in Miami, but that was a very disappointing, traumatizing experience. When I got to Miami to see my surgeon I was told to loose more weight, this is after I did everything they told me, paid for the procedure in full, and made accommodations for the timeframe I needed to be away from home. I really learned my lesson about trying to save a dollar! On my drive back from Miami my friend received a text for Body Couture in Longwood, she called told them my story and they fit me in for a consultation that afternoon. Needless to say I was very hesitant, but upon meeting the staff and then Dr. Papanicolaou I kicked myself in the butt for looking outside of my area. Dr. Papanicolaou suggested the Panniculectomy and liposuction to sculpt out my abdomen because I have very dense fatty tissue on the upper abdomen, I still have roughly another 20 pounds to loose. I was very surprised with the outcome of my visit, I had a price and date set for my procedure within a couple of days as well as a wonderful staff at my disposal if I needed anything or had any concerns. I had my procedure done on June 28, 2013 and I walked out of the hospital the next day feeling great! I ahave since had my drains removed, which stay in as long as there is a certain amount of liquid draining, and have been fitted for special garment that I will wear under my clothes to help finish my look. I have been in to see the doctor in his office at certain intervals to have check-ups, and every experience was wonderful. Dr. Papanicolaou and his staff treated me with much respect and took time with me to chat every visit and make sure I was doing good. While I never thought I would have plastic surgery, I would do it all over again using Dr. P!! I I am now 6 1/2 weeks post-op and I look and feel great! My results are tremendous and have given me a huge boost in my self-esteem! While I feel the results are great now, I still have time to go before I see the actual full results of Dr. P's work. I highly recommend him for any of your cosmetic/plastic surgery needs whether it is voluntary or necessary for you. You will not be disappointed at all!

I had a breast enhancement with saline breast implants. Dr. Papanicolaou is very thorough and knowledgable. He makes sure you completely understand all about your procedure. Before I left my consultation I scheduled my appointment for surgery. This is how confident I was with him. But, he still wanted to see me again before my surgery to make sure I had no more questions. Updated on 22 Jan 2015: My surgery was done on a Friday and I was back at work on the following Tuesday. I was surprised with how little discomfort I experienced. I took my pain meds for 3 days then switched to Tylenol for an additional 3 days. I ended up with 350cc saline implants that were placed partially under the muscle. This would be called dual plane.

I had a rhinoplasty done with Dr.P. My results were not desirable and I am seeking a revision from another surgeon 3 years post OP. He has great bedside manner and was always willing to speak to me regarding my complaints, however I would not recommend him for a rhinoplasty.
