I had my surgery on 3/25/21 with Dr True Lansden at Seduction Cosmetic in Miami. He was very professional, honest and had a good eye for details. I ask for natural and he delivered. My coordinator, Yuliet was also great. She was very informative and gave me all the information I needed leading up to my surgery.

Dr. Lansden changed my life, God bless him and the wonderful team he works with, when we met I instantly knew everything was gonna be alright, you made me so happy doctor! Now I can wear my old clothes again!

Hey guys. I had a BBL n lipo one with dr true at seduction cosmetic in July. Does good work! I'm going back for round 2 in Columbia. 220 pounds 5'9. Any suggestions on Miami docs before Columbia! Thanks.

I lost 30 pounds in 2019 but I couldn't get rid of the flab in the abdominal area. I went to the guy faithfully but still couldn't get rid it. I started going to consultations in Georgia and they were a bit pricey. I had a couple friend go to Miami for surgery so I decided to go in August 2020 to Seduction Cosmetics and that's where I met Dr True.

My experience with Dr. True Lansden was great. He came in and asked what I wanted my tummy tuck with liposuction and my BBL to look like. He took a look at my body marked my areas and told me what he would do to help me get the shapes that I desired. I liked Dr. Lansden for his honesty, experience, professionalism and expertise.I had my surgeries on July 6, 2020. At my post-op appointment Dr. Lansden told me that it took an hour for him to remove a lot of scar tissue from my abdomen and that he nicked my skin on my abdomen while removing my scar tissues. And told me that it will heal up. I’m very happy that he was honest enough to inform me about his accidental cut. He answered all of my questions and reassured me that I will be pleased with my results. Thank you Dr. Lansden for your honesty. Pictures to come.

I spent two years meeting with 7 different doctors from Key West to Miami to find a surgeon I felt comfortable with. Dr. Lansden and his staff welcomed me from the start. He was up front about what results I could expect, he didn’t rush me or upsell me, he listened to what I wanted from beginning to end and made a recommendation for the best outcome. His precision in the operating room left me with minimal scarring and his dedication to perfection made me look better than I ever imagined. The follow up appointments were comprehensive, yet not intrusive or overwhelming. I can not thank him enough for the amazing job he did and the care he provided.

Dr. True Lansden is not only truly gifted in his work, but is also wonderfully kind and patient. He removed a lipoma from the back of my left shoulder last year, that had grown to the size of an egg. It appeared that a simple liposuction was all that would be required to remove it. However, once he had begun the removal process, he discovered the lipoma was enclosed in a tough casing, was all intertwined with muscle, and was going to be far more difficult and complicated to remove. But, being as talented as he is, he worked skillfully hard, but gentle, and with a lot of effort he was able to get it out. The scar ended up being very small and the bruising healed within a week. Almost a year later the scar is nearly invisible. I greatly recommend his work to anyone looking for a talented plastic surgeon! He does amazing work!

Dr. Lansden is a phenomenal surgeon! He has done multiple procedures for not only my self but my husband and children as well. Dr. Lansden is kind and caring with an outstanding bedside manner. He is personable and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable with the procedure. Dr. Lansden removed an unsightly cyst from my right cheek and a year later you would never know it had ever been there! There isn't even a scar. I highly recommend Dr. Lansden and his entire staff. I wouldn't trust any other surgeon with my face!

Im a true Botox/fillers believer and it's very rare you will find a plastic surgeon that can do it perfectly and naturally looking. Dr. Lansden is the most amazing, gentle and outstanding surgeon I have ever encountered. His professionalism is beyond measures and will take the time to listen to what you want done and in turn, he will explain what you need and what can be done. With this being said, after my experience with him, I will never let another plastic surgeon do any work on me except for him. He is an exceptional and wonderful and most outstanding Dr. I have ever met. Thank you Dr. Lansden, I couldn't be any more happier. YOU ARE PHENOMENAL!
