Dr.M is by far the best he will tell you what would look good with your body I have a coke bottle figure and he said you would petfect with 575 cc and it's crazy but it worked perfect cause I'm a 38 dd and my hips are 39 so he has a perfect eye and 30 something years experience he's so down to earth and let's you know everything before hand got my breast augmentation in 2007 perfect and then 2013 I got a lift with keeping my implants at the age of 45 was sore for awhile but of course they are perfect they look like they should be on a 25 year old they look so natural everyone thinks they are real ! I will be going back because they are 10 years old now !

Fantastic bedside manner !!!! He was fantastic ! He listened and helped. The staff was wonderful too. The procedure was perfect everything looks great and there were no complications. I had prepared myself for worst, and this was as easy as picking out a new body. THANK YOU !!! Everyone cared so much and the nurses were available to answer questions !

I had one deflated breast implant and wanted to get both changed out and enlarged just a little bit. I was very nervous going in the first day. After I was seen, I felt so relieved because all my questions were answered (even before I had a chance to ask them). Then my pre-op appointment was actually pleasant. I felt that the nurse not only put me at ease, but also seemed to truly care. Again, all my questions were answered before I had a chance to ask them. The night before I spoke with the anesthesiologist who touched base with me and also put my mind at ease. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Mandraccia asked if I had any questions. The Doctor and his whole staff were so incredibly thorough that I couldn't think of a single question. I was truly put at ease throughout the whole time. Surgery went well, the post op appointment went well also. From beginning to end this was less stressful than a going to the dentist.

Went in for procedure on thursday. Staff is wonderful and no pre op jitters. Dr M came in and took a last minute look and used the famous purple marker. Ask me about my medical history and decided what he was going to do. I trusted him enough to let him. They came in and brought me into the OR whre they started my IV and began the propofol. Woke up and walked to pacu where I hung out for a bit. Discharged to home and went to slep as soon as I got there. No nausea, vomiting or discomfort much. Woke uo and took a peek and they look GREAT!!! I am so excited to get my bra off so I can see. I was an A cup and he gave me 510cc saline above muscle. No lift needed either. :) Updated on 27 Aug 2014: HI guys!!! Sorry I have been so lax with updates. So far so good with the surgery. Sleeping on my back still....no worries as I am use to this anyway. Massaging daily and taking my Vit C and Vit E. Went and bought a sports bra at VS...The new VSX I believe? I had a 10.00 off coupon. Didn't realize there was an underwire in it....but the fit is pretty good I must say and the front zipper is a first for VS. Had an awkward experience recently. Found out you CANNOT trust people. So choose who you tell about your procedure to wisely. Very sad that some people have no life and are idiots. I am having no complications what so ever I am proud to say. Still a bit swollen and tender. Wanted to share a tie bit with you guys...... I found a spritzer I was using on my face and realized that this would be great on the girls. It's called solar recovery and not only do I love the spray but I bought the cream as well. Packed with Vit C and other natural ingredients.....I have been massaging my breast and incisions with it. Seems to be helping more than the standard cocoa butter I was using. I keep them in the fridge so it's a cool treat on the swollen puppies. :) Amazon has them both and I highly recommend for comfort as well as healing properties. Spoke with a friend who had her BA a few months ago. Seems her experience did not go so well. Very rushed and she was so ill after surgery her aunt almost drove her to the ED. Would not return her calls and basically...blew her off. Very sad. Pick your ps wisely....... Take care all.....pictures soon!!! xoxoxo

Dr. Mandraccia is highly recommended by this patient. He is highly skilled, and the results prove this fact. He is friendly and professional, and makes one feel very comfortable. This procedure is really not that painful. Pain for about a week, then back to near normal. The results are well worth it. If you want a TT, Dr. Mandraccia is the perfect doctor to do it!

My surgeon, his staff, and the procedure itself were all great! I was in and out in about an hour and managed the pain very well. I was previously a 34C, but wanted to enhance the shape of my breasts so I had 300cc silicone implants placed over the muscle.I am concerned almost 3 weeks post op that my left breast is developing capsular contracture because it is still much higher than my right breast, however; I am left-handed and use my left arm more frequently than my right.It has been 2 weeks 5 days since my surgery and I am noticing a drastic difference in my two breasts. I had silicone placed over the muscle because already had substantial breast tissue and I am petite. My right breast is dropping nicely and has a round shape, but my left breast is still very hight. It's as if my implant is stuck at the top of my breast and looks as if there are two layers to my breast a top and a bottom. I am extremely concerned about capsular contracture, but I keep reading that it accompanies hardness and pain in the breast. Both of my breasts are pretty soft and I keep massaging them. I am also dominantly left-handed and my ps told me at my 1 week post op visit that my muscles are still tight and could be holding the implant up high, but that it will go away along with time and massaging. Should I be concerned that it's something more serious (i.e. early cc or ruptured implant)?

Nervous, scared but excited. Appt is 12:30 and my bff is meeting mom and I there!! Cash from the bank, visit my pcp then off we goooooo......didn't sleep too good last night. And my stomach is a mess. lol I guess as a health care provider, it makes it worse because you know what could happen, but usually doesn't. Did I do the right thing by booking this.....? Oh the last minute flurry of questions I have racing in my head. Thank goodness for Kim and D, they have been so supportive of me and my decision. Being 51 and making decisions to enhance yourself seem to draw some negativity from some people. Let it go I say. Do what makes you happy. And this isn't about low self esteem or insecurity as a guy who recently kicked me to the curb said. It's about ME. NOW to shower and get ready. xoxoxo Updated on 15 Aug 2014: Today was not too bad. Went for Rx, mani and pedi. I think I over did it tho. Really sore and had to take a whole percocet. High and tight but looking good. :) Pics to come. Updated on 18 Aug 2014: Things have been progressing along. After reading all the post I was pretty much prepared for things that came along, good or bad. Still a tad sore but saw the ps and got the dressings off. We went with 540cc each as you know the saying...'go big or go home'. Wish I could of done more with my family but rest is the key to a successful healing process. Got about 40 lbs to loose so diet and exercise are On the horizon. Everyone keeps asking my cup size. No clue yet as I won't go for a new bra for at least a month. Oh well..... ;) Updated on 18 Aug 2014: Dr M is your ps. I have to say that for my first and only surgery this was probably one of the easiest things I have ever done. I highly recommend his office for the professionalism, quality of service and expertise. And as a twenty five year health care professional, I probably am hyper about things more so than others. Trust is the main thing I feel is important between provider and patient and no doubt, 100% is there for him.
