Since 2013 I have had 3 breast implant surgeries that all resulted in bad capsular contractor. My body just did not like them. In 2017 I found an awesome surgeon and we decided explant + fat transfer to my breast. I completed 1st sx 1 1/2 ago. He lipo my belly only and transferred about 400cc per breast. Recovery went as expected. I love Not having implants anymore. I managed to keep about 200 cc / 1/2 cup size in my breast. So I went in for a second round of fat transfer just one week ago. He lipo legs and sides a little smoothing of the stomach and was able to transfer 520cc this time to each breast. I would love to hopefully be able to keep 300cc extra in each breast. Starting at size B and ending with a Full C! I would completely recommend this procedure to someone that does not expect a drastic change in size of breast. I hated having implants, they never looked or felt right. The BFT was a much better option personally.
