Blepharoplasty to remove excess skin and fat from above my eyelids. Dr. Thomassen is a stellar surgeon...Michelle and the entire staff are super professional, sweet. I had droopy upper lids causing reduced side vision and a less than appealing appearance. Blepharoplasty reduced my vision issue and Dr. Thomassen made my eyes look younger and more alert. The staff at my local MedSpa recently gave me the highest compliment~ they could not even tell (after 2 short weeks of recovery) I ever got any work done! My experience with Dr. Thomassen was nothing short of wonderful and I couldn't be happier. At 63 and having lost 53lbs I was happy with my body but my face aged and my neck was sagging...so I could show off my body but was self conscious about my face. Instead of compliments on my weightloss, my friends would ask if I was sick! I knew I had to to something quick but I couldn't afford a facelift. I shared my concern with someone who recommended Dr. Thomassen. The consult was free so I had nothing to lose. Dr. Thomassen evaluated me and told me that I was not ready for a full facelift, that all I needed was a lower lift which is less than half of the price of a full facelift. Mind you, he was not aware of my financial concerns. Prior to seeing him I went to three plastic surgeons who insisted I consider a full facelift, stating a lower lift would not help at my age. Dr. Thomassen is wonderful. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient and funny! He speaks fluent Spanish and because I am bilingual, communicating with him felt like I was speaking with my family or friends. I chose the procedure and I chose him. Best decision ever! My experience during the surgery was great and all went well. Unfortunately I developed a hematoma (through no fault of the doctor) and seven months later I still have to conceal a bruise. But it's getting better and I hope it will be gone in a few months. I want to add that my experience was painless for the most part and the scars have healed to where my husband can't even find them! I have no words great enough to describe my gratitude to Dr. Thomassen and his staff. All I can do is tell anyone who is in my situation not to give up because of finances. Dr. Thomassen is an honest man who will not push unnecessary expensive procedures. He will give you great care and results. I am so happy with mine. Thank you Dr. Thomassen. I feel young again! You are a blessing.

I had a primary rhinoplasty with Dr.thomassen and couldn’t be happier. He gave me everything I asked for and more. I still cannot believe how perfect my nose is. I had a rare individual complication and the doctor was very caring and supportive to address the issue immediately. It all healed nicely and fast; the result was amazing! I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Thomassen and his staff. I have had a few procedures done by Dr. Thomassen and I couldn't be happier with all of them. The most recent I had was a breast augmentation and lift, which he performed in May of 2024. I had some complications from another surgeon's BA about 7 months prior and for various reasons, decided to go back to Thomassen. (Wish I had never gone to another Dr and just gone to Dr. Thomassen in the first place for my BA, but we all make mistakes!) Dr. Thomassen was very empathetic, caring, and of course- skilled- as usual and I am so happy with my results. In addition, his staff are so helpful and informative. I had a face and neck lift under local anesthesia and my results are everything I wanted and more. Dr Thomassen tailored his “game plan” to my features and skin and was he was also very caring and accessible post op. I researched the procedure and shopped Drs for almost a year. Dr. Thomassen is an excellent physician and surgeon. I researched, read reviews, and looked over pictures of facelifts for a couple of years. At my consultation he was welcoming, he listened and I felt very comfortable. I was also impressed with his work. I'm recovering at the moment (3rd day) and I'm doing well. The day of surgery he called me early evening to follow up on my well-being. I'm very happy I chose him and recommend him as a professional, compassionate and master of his profession.

Couldn't be more happy with the results from my mini facelift! Didn't believe possible at 63 years old. Had crepey neck, jowls, marionettes. Everything you would see on 60 plus face.
