After 6 months of chemotherapy to treat my triple negative breast cancer, I had an appointment setup with a famous surgeon in Miami to do my breast construction surgery. Before the surgery, I mentioned to my physical therapist that the surgeon I chose wanted to do an extremely invasive and extreme reconstruction that I was very concerned about.She told me about Dr. Yates and the Yates Institute and urged me to give her a call. So I made an appointment with Dr. Yates out of curiosity to see what she had to say about my case and to see if she agreed with a very invasive route for my breast reconstruction. When I met Dr. Yates, I felt safe.She explained everything with so much empathy, she understood me and showed me all the options I had based on my needs. I immediately cancelled the appointment I had with the other surgeon and did my reconstruction with Dr. Yates instead.I am so glad I made that decision because Dr. Yates isn’t only an amazing surgeon, she really cares and I am thankful to her for everything she’s done for me. I absolutely recommend her as a surgeon and as an exemplary human being.

I had consulted three surgeons prior to meeting with Dr. Yates and her staff. Upon arrival I was impressed at every step. The Nurse Practitioners were skilled and patient with me. Dr Yates put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable with her recommendations. Post surgical care has been fantastic. Kind Professional humanistic approach. As someone who works in healthcare, I can state the Yates Institute should be given serious consideration. I am thrilled with my results!!

I consulted with a few surgeons before meeting with Dr Yates, but no one made me feel as comfortable and at ease the way she did. She took the time to answer all my questions and explained every detail of my procedure. Her entire staff is patient and so helpful! I had extremely large breast (36G), and was suffering from back pain, neck pain, migraines, my self esteem was low...you name it! She worked with my insurance, made my breast proportionate to my body, lifted them while keeping the natural look. I had minimal scarring, minimal downtime and my healing process was effortless. The pains and body aches are gone. My experience was just so positive. She is very knowledgeable and is amazing at what she does. I feel great and regained so much confidence. I had breast reduction with Dr. Yates back in February,2018. Meeting Dr. Yates for the first time I knew I was in great hands. She is amazing, her infectious spirit made me felt as though I knew her before. Dr. Yates is so warm and friendly. I am a 46 year old mom with four children. I’m healthy exercise drink lots of water and use good skin care products but gravity has taken it’s toll. I want to rejuvenate my face. I use Botox and fillers but I have a loose skin under my neck that bothers me and my face has seem to drop. I have not had any injections for almost 7 months. Wish me luck. When I decided to undergo a breast reduction, I searched high and low for the right surgeon and I couldnt be happier with Dr Yates. From the first consultation to follow up appointments, she went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and well-being. Not only was I extremely happy with the results, but her bedside manner was incredible and she took the time to make sure I didn't leave her office with any unanswered questions. She is a very skilled surgeon but most importantly a very kind person. Highly recommended!
