Dr. Triana is amazing! I was unsettled with having surgery at this point in my life. I think that everyone that asked for surgery (versus needing it for medical reasons) has to be in a certain mind frame in order to mentally go through the healing process. With a tummy tuck you are limited to your daily activity for several weeks. This took action on my part in order to do the things required by myself to allow myself the best healing time possible. I am a very busy mother of 2 active children and work full time. Dr. Triana was very straight with me on his expectations of my compliancy with the healing process. He answered all my questions and I love my surgery results. I would recommend him and the surgery to anyone who wants to feel better and look better with theirself!

I went to a great plastic surgeon and have had in the past other procedures and quite familar with the swelling. A face lift can have 3-6 months of swelling and a good solution is to have your doctor to prescribe prednisone and cephalexin 500 mg. You shpuld take every opportunity to ice pack up to first 3 mos. Additionally, wear your wraps is very important at night when you sleep and even a few hours during the day. YOu will be very pleased several mos from now.

Dr. Took advantage of a person with low self esteem. Went in for a facial and walked out scheduled for a tummy tuck. I weighed 100 Ibs, kept discounting price if I did a breast augmentation. I did not want either but I was feeling so bad about my appearance from him telling me how I needed the surgery.
