To "significantly improve and tighten" the inside of your vagina you will want to have a surgery. There is more downtime involved but this is a tried and true method that will last. Some of devices, including Thermiva (which I use) can give temporary relief but it won't be significant or permanent .

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) helps calm the bladder nerves as well. If you still had issues, you could be fit for a handy vaginal ring for incontinence prevention that you could pop in for use only when you have a bad cold. That would be your back up protection

Thanks for your question. You most certainly have an excellent option to address your issues. There is a wonderful technique I love that takes away extra wrinkled skin and will bring the majora close together where they are naturally wide on you, while hiding any visual of the procedure in the groove between the inner minora and outer majora. The procedure is called labia majoraplasty. Choose a surgeon with a wide experience of this newer procedure. Make sure are able to see many before and after pics.

This is a good time to let your labiaplasty heal for the first 6 weeks and not add any new filler. after that, hyaluronic acid is a good way to plump up the Majora. you may get everything you want from that. As time goes on, adding some nano-fat with PRP or reducing some of the extra skin with a majoraplasty may give you the ongoing natural, full look you want.

it's always scary when you are 1-2 weeks out from your procedure and you can't see inside well anymore- even though that was what was desired. It always looks either closed up or fairly closed up right after surgery. For every woman who has vaginoplasty, she will have to wait until it heals to have the true "reveal". If you have chosen a trustworthy surgeon with good cred and take care of your postop recovery as advised, the final result will likely unfold just the way you want.

If you have torn the hymen but not had intercourse or a vaginal birth ever, a cosmetic gynecologist should be able to restore your hymen to it's original look with a very delicate hymenoplasty. It is important not to use tampons or have sex while it is healing and to avoid bicycling, spinning, running, or rowing as it heals.

From these pictures, it appears there are either bumps from how the suture pulled the skin together initially, or small cysts from glands in the skin getting clogged. There is an office technique called feathering that could smooth these out, or possibly a clitoral hood reduction that removes the bumpy line and brings the majora in closer so that it is a more tucked look and the pigmented tissue just outside the labiaplasty lines are removed, giving it a smoother, one color appearance. I think the Feathering would do it for you.
