Saw Dr Ross who is the secondary doc in this office. SHE DID A COMPLETE BOTCH JOB and when I went to a New surgeon to fix her screw up, his first words were "did you get this done in Tijuana?" I was brought to tears. If I could have sued her I would have. They offered to have the other dr, Lacerna, do very minor things to try and fix me, but now they won't even call me back.
