I had a great experience at Dr Posner's practice in Boca Ratone—Scuary Plastic Surgery. His team was attentive and very caring. He decided to do a neck lift under local anesthesia with Pronox.... I thought it would be tough, but his OR staff were there all the way for me, so it was fine. Now after 4 weeks, I am getting so many complements , like 'what did you do?' and 'who did you go to'! He is a pro and that so important to look for - a surgeon who knows what he is doing, has good judgment, and a lot of experience.

Due to age (73) and loss of weight (50 pounds), my upper arms had become extremely flabby. I was too embarrassed to wear short sleeves and wouldn't even consider anything sleeveless. But I also had the problem of not being able to wear a medium blouse or jacket because my arms were too big to fit into the sleeves. So, I decided to get an arm lift. So far, I am happy with the results. The pain was/is not bad, but lasting longer than I anticipated. I am at day 16 and my left arm is still at the pain level of about day 6. It is not horrible, but it is a constant 4/10. My right arm has very little pain. I'm sure the pain will subside with more time. I am surprised by how uncomfortable the compression garments are. I have tried different brands, and sizes, but the main problem is that the arm seams run right along the stiches causing pain...especially noticeable at night when trying to sleep. I sew, so I made my own compression garment with the seam on the top of the sleeve. It is much better, but the back and front don't fit quite right. I will try making another one this weekend to try to get a better complete fit. Overall, I am happy I had it done, and I know I will be delighted in a few more weeks when the swelling subsides. Dr. Pozner and his team were all amazing! They were always professional, reassuring, answered all my questions, and made themselves available for any concerns. I would totally recommend him and his group. Next up… a facelift.

I got my implants July 2008 450 cc both saline, under muscle, mentor and never had an issue with them until recently. I'm in the process of getting them removed under local anesthesia-no lift, no replacement. I'm not in fear of the outcome- I've seen plenty of this similar procedure with beautiful results and praying I have same. I was a 34B before BA and currently 36D. I'm thankful for this site and everyone's stories. I can't wait to be implant free. I haven't scheduled my appointment yet but just left my consult. Doctor recommended draining to see how they look first but I rather remove because I don't want to do anything drastic until they have had time for healing.

I’m happy with the care that I’ve received with Dr. Pozner. The process has been straightforward with minimal pain as I underwent breast explant with local anesthesia. I did not need to take any pain medication.

. I was in South Korea for cutting edge techniques on the face and body that turned out beautifully. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication and they turned my button nose into a full on Schnauze. For two years I scoured Florida to find a surgeon to correct this botched error. Dr. Pozner did an excellent job from start to finish. I still have a second implant in my nose I desperately want out. It points down and causes continuous running. We wanted to take it step by step to avoid any further damage. He's an excellent and efficient surgeon.

As a result of MOHS surgery performed on my chin to remove squamous cell cancer growth, a large cleft developed 6 months or so following the surgery. My regular dermatologist treated me with laser therapy without success then referred me to see Dr Pozner who performed scar revision surgery with laser treatment follow-up. I am so pleased with the results. Both Dr Pozner and his staff are beyond attentive. I unquestionably highly recommend Dr Pozner.

Amazing! He did my facelift at 66 years! Two weeks ago I had a breast reduction and breast list with liposuction from belly and fat transfer into my breasts. No implants! I am now 71 and experienced hardly any pain, up and about at the gym 7 days later as he promised! His personality is calm, knowledgeable with a sense of humor! Does not rush your appointment! Dr. Pozner did a "mini neck lift" called "My Ellevate" with lovely results. I also had micro-coring of my upper eyelids to remove excess skin. Again, lovely results without surgery to remove some excess skin. Updated on 11 Jun 2022: I just got a second round of micro-coring plus laser on my upper eyelids (the first one was performed end October) by Dr. Pozner. Wow. What a positive difference! I am now 10 days post-op and virtually healed, thanks to the skin care experts at Sanctuary Plantic Surgery. Tina and Cheryl truly compliment Dr. Pozner's impressive skills. I am grateful to them all!

My experience was absolutely amazing!!! All my life I had Little boobies and after I breastfed My daughter I had More than nothing. I told Dr.Pozner exactly what I wanted And he delivered perfectly.
