Although the photos are not the best way to give you a diagnosis, I can say that a rhinoplasty with an open approach would be the best way to define the tip of your nose. In any case it is always necessary to see the patient in consultation to clarify all their doubts and discuss what their expectations are about the surgery. Good luck
It's difficult to answer your question without pictures. However, I always explain my patients that we age in a three dimensional way, a face lift can restore the tissues of your face to the original position they had when you were younger, and fat grafting (if done properly) can restore the volume loss that comes with aging. In 90% of my facelift patients I perform fat grafting. Smoothing the skin will not hide a drawn appearance caused by the loss of facial volume, and it is difficult to create natural, attractive contours by lifting and repositioning tissues that have abnormally thinned and deflated with age. In addition, fat injections induce an improvement in facial tissue quality through a stem cell effect, and when performed with a face lift may constitute, for the first time, rejuvenation in the true sense of the word.
Hi MeMel49980, thank you for your question. Looking at your pictures and the information you provided I would recommend a tummy tuck, liposuction only will not solve your problem. There are some stretch marks and loose skin that, if you decide to get a liposuction performed, might worsen your problem. Remember to always consult a board certified plastic surgeon before making a decision.
Thank you for your question. You definitely should remove them, The purpose of them is to reduce the tension on the incision. I encourage my patients to remove them or let them fall off when taking a shower with warm water after 1 or 2 weeks depending on their healing process. You certainly can remove them yourself at home.
